My carpets are wonderful! My stairs and upstairs carpets transformed in to a land of cleanliness and peace of mind. My carpets no longer have stains and where there was cat spray (behind my son's room door) looks to be completely gone. My stairs carpet smells amazing and the stairs themselves looks better than when we moved in. Brett really took care of us and his boss is really nice and accommodating as well. They are also really affordable (we have paid waay more for carpets and rugs in the past) and they took 2 rugs to be cleaned throughly with them (and are returning them) for less price than we have paid a cleaning service for 1 rug. Plus, the price would have been even cheaper if we didn't need bio-cleaner for the cat/dog/ child messes/stains. So, if your a person with no pets, the pricing definitely decreases. They did a phenomenal job and I will recommend them to family. These really old/stained carpets were truly brought back to life.... 😊

I hate to leave a review like this based on the actions of one person but this needs to be heard.

Today around 4:30pm I was driving down 3rd street In Jax beach when I witnessed one of your vans driving erratically. He was weaving in and out of cars, cutting people off with no blinker, and nearly caused many accidents. He had no regard for those around him, or the safety of others. For context on how bad it was, I’ve never written a business a review because of how someone was driving.

I myself am pregnant and he came next to me and merged if i had not been watching him closely he would have ran me off the road into the sidewalk merging trying to pass other cars. Luckily i slammed my brakes and he barely missed me.

I then called your corporate office and was told I was going to be transferred to a manager who then said they would transfer me to the person in charge of the Jacksonville region. I waited on hold for 15+ minutes before I had to hang up and tend to my life. I was maybe expecting a callback or something, but that time has come and gone. So now I’m writing this review because something needs to be done with this employee before he get someone hurt or worse.

This is the first time that I have used this company.
I have heard the radio commercials for years!!!
After moving into my Mom’s old house we decided to get the carpets and tile cleaned.
The whole process was very easy and professional. From the call center that took my call and scheduled my appointment to the technician Bret that came out and cleaned my carpets and tile. I was updated and reminded about my upcoming appointment through emails and text messages. Bret the technician was 5 stars all the way.
He gave me a heads up when he was about
30 minutes away.
Bret also recommended that I get my tiles “Sealed” to ensure that my tiles stayed cleaned longer.

My tenant moved out leaving my house tiles grout filthy from grime and dog pee, they did an excellent job cleaning the floors and the vents of the central air, they remove the stinky smell from the house and now smells like flowers. I highly recommend this company and I will use them again in a near future.

Alexis was professional, courteous, and made quick work of my very messy carpet. I'd definitely recommend this company but I'll ask for Alexis specifically! Cat hair and a messy ex-roommate were no problem for him.
