Updating my review as they just recently cleaned a sectional and sofa at home and they did a wonderful job! I’m truly impressed and have already recommended this company to several friends and relatives.

Seems to be a good company based on reviews. I personally didn’t have the best experience. I called early in the day to schedule a same day appointment. Rene was very friendly and although at first he mentioned not having availability, once he confirmed my address sounded very confident he would be able to complete the job between 1-3PM.

He called me at 2:30 to cancel. I could’ve made other arrangements should he had informed me sooner that he would not be completing the job. Not as impressed as I was when I first saw the reviews of this company.

If I could give 695 carpet cleaner a score worse than this I would. It is horrible they didnt have their own water which is fine a lot of small companies dont , but it's been a whole day of drying with 2 pedestal fans, 1 table fan, 2 ceiling fans and the ac at 70; and the carpets are still wet and the parts that are finally dry have this chemical residue that leaves your bare feet chalky and white . I was told to shampoo and sanitize the one bedroom apartment would be $110.00 I gave a tip of $10. I regret every dime I gave this company. Do yourself a favor and dont give them your business. Carpet Valle inc. is a great company which I've used for several years now they just weren't open to make an appointment at the time. P.s. Carpet Valle inc. only charges me 60 for the same carpets.

So I normally don't like to write reviews, but these guys did an amazing job with my carpets. My carpets was stained and looked very old . Listen they bought my carpets back to life. They did an awesome job would definitely recommend to anyone who asked A+ job.

Andrez & Bella were so meticulous! They showed how the cleaning process works in detail. The cleaned sofa is ready to be reused by our loving family & spend another Fall Season together.
