After several years of being loyal to this cleaning service, we started having problems. Things weren't being cleaned properly, and they weren't arriving on time, despite their consistently poor service. They replaced staff seven times in one year. Then I met with the operations manager, who told me his boss said that if we wanted to leave with 30 days' notice, that would be fine. I showed him and the new person around to make sure everything was done correctly. I walked in and found a toilet with feces underneath, which had been there since his meeting with me. There were so many complaints I can't remember them all. The operations manager just kept saying, "Okay, we'll get someone else." And then the same terrible service started happening again. If you value cleanliness in your office, don't hire these people!

Called up Rafael Monday morning to get a estimate for driveway & walkway pressure washed as there was many calcium & rust stains. He quoted me a very reasonable price and came out that afternoon . I would highly recommend Proklean & will definitely utilize his services in the future.

Amazing job of eliminating the green mold covering 2/3 of my house and cleaning the stairs until they looked nearly new. Job was done under trying circumstances (broken equipment that needed to be fix and torrential rain). Done professionally and in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to hire him again. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

ProKlean Pressure Washing is a fabulous business! We feel blessed that we found them on Angi’s List and hired them. Rafael Rosario is the owner, and communicates very well regarding scheduling. He did the work himself at our home and we could not be more pleased with the results. Our home and driveway are so clean! Rafael is a hard worker who doesn’t stop until the job is completed and the customer is happy. You will not regret hiring him, and it’s also nice to know that he will remain in touch with you if he is running behind schedule — he will not leave you hanging, wondering if he is going to show up. Rafael is a man of his word and we will definitely be hiring him again. Great value for the money, too!

Rafael, owner of ProKlean, responded to my email request for info within an hour, arrived quickly to provide an estimate, and scheduled service for a weekend. His work was DETAILED, EXCELLENT, CAREFUL. He did not hurt any plants near surfaces he treated (house or patio) with pressure or chemicals. He is also a positive and a pleasant entrepreneur with whom to work!
