Tlg America did a great job on my house. This was the second time I used them and I plan on using them again. Two folks came in for about two hours and left the place spotless, Very reasonable for the job they did. Thank you

Unprofessional and bad communication. Worst experience I had with a cleaning service. Minimal cleaning, late arrival, and job was left undone. But we were still charged as if the job was fully completed. Do not recommend. I am not sure who has left good reviews for this company but unfortunately we did not have the same experience. Do not recommend.

So, I hired TLG America Services to clean my home because I was moving out and selling it. If I were younger and I hadn't had back surgery, I would've done it myself. It was supposed to be a whole home cleaning like anyone would need when moving out, with concentration on cleaning the grout. When I got to the home, the worker said there were supposed to be three people servicing the home, but she was the only one who showed up. I was there for an hour doing various things outside and in the garage, and no one else showed up before I left. A couple of days before the service, I vacuumed all of the closets, except for the one in the foyer and guess what? They did not vacuum that closet at all. I ended up sweeping the closet and wiping down the shelves in the closet. In one of the bedrooms, I found that my newly installed (installed the day before) baseboards that were previously white with no marks, now had black scuff marks on them. I called to speak to Cortez about it, he said that I didn't ask them to clean the baseboards. He's right! I told him I didn't ask him to clean the baseboards and pointed out that the baseboards in that particular room were brand new and didn't need cleaning, plus most of the others were freshly painted. He didn't seem to get it and told me his supervisor would call. Guess what? No one has called. Then they charged me for an additional hour because they said I asked that the oven be cleaned. Well, I really think that should be included in a move-out cleaning. Furthermore, my oven wasn't filthy--it never is--and before I left the house, I turned on the self-cleaning function. So, once that function was completed, it shouldn't have taken more than a few minutes to wipe out the oven. Yet, they charged for an additional hour. I pointed out that the cleaning wouldn't have taken as long as it did had all of the cleaning crew shown up on time. The two workers who should have been there when the first worker got there were more than an hour late. If they'd been there when they were supposed to be, it wouldn't have taken them an extra hour. I don't have a problem with the lady who was there first--she did a wonderful job cleaning the bathrooms and mirrors. However, I do have a problem with this provider, their lack of candor and their charges. Don't use this company.

What GREAT service I received with Ms Perfection Professional! They came on time and took their time in each room leaving the rooms with a fresh clean smell and look! Very pleased with the work that was put in especially at the last minute for me.

Kim is very professional she brings her own equipment and cleaning supplies. She pays attention to what you want out of the cleaning as a customer and she is detailed in completing her work. I would definitely recommend her.

Bright white cleaning is the best!!! I am so lucky I found them and that they offered such a fantastic deal. Their services can't be beat. We couldn't decide between them and one other service. I highly recommend Ricos Pool Cleaning Service. I was a first time pool owner and my pool quickly became a mess I couldn’t clean. I recently had Rico come out to clean my pool, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. By the time he was finished, the pool looked absolutely spotless—crystal clear water, no debris, and everything was thoroughly taken care of. It honestly looked better than it has in a long time.

On top of the great work, Rico was extremely professional throughout the entire process. He showed up on time, communicated clearly, and handled everything with care and attention to detail. Stephon has been taking care of our pool, and I honestly couldn’t ask for better service. He’s reliable, shows up when he says he will, and always leaves the pool looking crystal clear. You can tell he takes pride in his work, he doesn’t cut corners and pays attention to the details.
What really stands out is how knowledgeable and professional he is. If something needs fixing or adjusting, he explains it in a way that actually makes sense and doesn’t try to upsell unnecessary things. He’s also friendly and easy to communicate with, which makes a big difference.
