Loved the book online feature, and appreciated the quick callback I received after making the appointment. Our technician was prompt and professional, and spent a long time cleaning our sofas and ottoman. He even threw in our bar stools, rugs, and deodorizing for no additional charge. Would definitely recommend, and will use again.

They came to clean out our AC unit and the ventilation system. Both of the workers were very professional, polite, and very fast (they did the whole job in almost half the estimated time). It's only been an hour or so but we can already feel the difference.
They were hired through our realty company, but if anything else goes wrong I'd highly recommend them in the future.

This company was excellent. Two guys professionally picked up a very large oriental rug and took it away and a week or two later it came back, spotless and smelling fresh. Highly recommend them.

Disappointed with how the carpet turned out. My expectation was a lot higher since they specialized in rugs and actually take them somewhere for a wash versus having someone come and wash them at home. the carpet improve very little and it was washed TWICE. $170 is a crazy amount for the little improvement we noticed.

Responding to his response: He forgot to mention in his response how rude and unprofessional he was talking to me like if I was his 4yr old son, trying not to let me say one word raising his voice, had to do the same to him in which he started acting like a child saying "Blah blah blah blah" as I spoke. I never expected the carpet to be brand new, don't lie. All I said was that the center part where the table was I used as reference to see how cleaned it got. it was YOU that told me that I practically received a "brand new" carpet because it was washed twice. After I spoke and shouted over him as he did to him, he ended up hanging up the phone.

We have used like new carpet for the last 2 years and have been very satisfied!!!! This was the first time having the couch done and it looks brand new. Sean did an absolutely amazing job, was super efficient and professional. Well done all around!

I’ve used this company for over 10 years. I have a 10’ x 12’ handwoven wool rug I bought in Istanbul. It took 2 women 4 years to create it. I trust it ONLY to Oriental. There are never any hidden fees or costs — everything is up front.
Eric and Guillermo (fabulous techs!) just delivered my newly cleaned rug and I am (again) thrilled I used them.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
