This company was such a joy to work with. From Alicia, who I with interacted to get a quote to Mitch, the front of house at the Casselberry location, everyone was super polite and helpful. I also to spoke to the oriental rug specialist about repairing an old rug and she explained the process and price breakdown throughly and was very sweet. Prices were average and results were great!

The service was impeccable from the get go. Detailed pricing clearly outlined services available & pricing. Pick up & delivery were prompt & efficient. The finished product made the carpets look brand new.

We had our expensive oriental rug picked up and when they delivered it, it was damaged. I don’t know if it’s because of bad equipment or the way they handled it. I would not recommend them if you have something very expensive that you want to keep for years.

I highly recommend Like New Carpet & Oriental Rug Cleaning. They made it very easy for me to schedule my appointment and were very accommodating when I had to reschedule. Kris C. came out to my home after providing me with a good amount of notice that he was on his way. He was very professional, kind and helpful. He did an amazing job cleaning my stairs and carpets. I wasn’t sure there was much hope for my old, heavily-used carpets but he truly made them look great. I was in shock when i saw how he had made my worn out, dark carpets look light and truly like new again!!! I couldn't be happier with the service and will definitely use their services again in the future.

They did a great job. Less expensive than local Melbourne cleaners even with pickup and delivery. Great customer service! I highly recommend them.

Everywhere their hours are listed as of today, they are open on Saturdays. I called the day before about dropping it off and there was no mention that they would not be open on Saturday. After driving 100 miles to drop this rug off, I get to the address listed which is not where the business is, call and find out that they’re closed and I cannot drop the rug off. The employee answering the phone spoke to the manager/owner about it and the only resolution he offered was updating the hours to reflect they are not open on Saturday. I requested if someone can please go to the business so I can drop off this rug based on the hours that are advertised everywhere, and they said no. They took my information, but I never got a call back. I wasted my Saturday and a quarter tank of gas based on their false advertising and they did nothing offer anything to make up for it, so I will not be using this rug cleaner and would not trust this business.

I inherited a beautiful Morrocan rug from my grandmother and it is my pride and joy! Unfortunately during Hurricane Ian the rug was flooded and smelled awful of sewage. I was devastated. I had another company clean the rug but it still smelled! I thought okay let me find someone who specializes in vintage wool. My rug is now more beautiful and vibrant than ever! All of the staff was so nice and very helpful and responsive. I cannot thank them enough. After a year of rebuilding my house it actually feels like home again. I am eternally grateful for all the hard work from these professionals. Worth every penny!! You will not be disappointed!!

We had our Isfahan rug, a family heirloom, cleaned by this family owned business. We chose to add the rug protector treatment and also purchased a custom pad which we needed. Friendly service over the phone, and in-person pickup and delivery with Guillermo and Kevin was outstanding. Our rug looks wonderful - it’s natural shine has returned to its surface and the fringe looks white a fluffy. From start to finish, we could not be happier with the experience and the results. So glad we found this company. We can highly recommend them.

My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. From the in-home pick up and delivery service, rug inspection, superb cleaning job (my rugs look and smell like new), to their amazing digital contact at every step of the process! Their pick up and delivery service was in contact with me when they were within 10 minutes away and on the return, they were an hour earlier than promised.

Well, I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about Oriental Rug Cleaning of Orlando. We recently had them to clean/bind several of our Oriental area rugs which needed a good cleaning and one re-binding.
After looking everywhere in the area for someone to perform this type of service we found Oriental Rug Cleaning of Orlando. Boy, did they do a good job, turnaround time was great, and pricing was very fair. We simply dropped our rugs off at their location (can be found via Google search) and received an estimate the next day. All was good and we picked our rugs up in approximately two weeks and our rugs looked like they were brand-new. All- in- all a very good experience and we just wanted you to tell everyone about it!!! I would highly recommend them to clean/bind any of your rugs as well...

Happy with the cleaning service. Pick-up and delivery were on-time. Price was competitive. Communication on all aspects of transaction was seamless. They cleaned a Persian, a synthetic and a wool rug. A problem arose with the synthetic but they addressed the issue promptly and courteously. Everyone I dealt with at Oriental was friendly, professional and seemed genuinely dedicated to customer satisfaction.

The carpet came back looking new. The delivery guys were so professional, polite and truly great. I'm definitely using this company again.

I wish I had before pictures. My condo did not look this good when I moved in. Kris did an amazing job, professional and kind. I am so happy with the work and will recommend them 100%.

Repaired/replaced fringe and cleaned (I had it cleaned elsewhere that made colors run). The also fixed that problem. The rug looks brand NEW. I couldn’t be happier. Also the men that picked up and delivered it were terrific. When you have an expensive rug you have to take it to the best.

Fantastic job and great people to work with. Its been six months since they cleaned my AC ducts and I have only needed to dust once. We do keep a clean house and it doesn’t seem possible but it’s true. Call them, you’ll be happy you did.
