They came to clean our carpets at my job today and evan though we didnt have the resources they usually have access to, they fou d a way around it and did an amazing job! I thought it would have taken much longer than they did, and they were all very friendly. I would use them again without a doubt!!!! Thanks guys!!!!

Cleanness, attention to detail.

They are the best place

Starting out everything was smooth. Alejandra welcomed me and assisted me on my first home and even provided things I needed like tools and cleaning checklists. A new person named Julisa comes to the field and things changed. For one she doesn’t really know how to schedule. I’ve seen multiple issues and sometimes she doesn’t even know the difference between cleans. She acts like she owns the company herself. Wants you to do extra work without paying. Very unprofessional and even threatened to take my pay away over an issue which I said I’d go back and do. I had to speak to the owner (Drew Gunkel). He was KIND OF understanding. What I mean by “kind of” is like when I get scheduled to go to a home and there’s residents living inside. Mind you, I’m doing cleaning for new construction homes, there shouldn’t be anyone inside unless the cleaner is notified. Instead he tells me I should knock on the door beforehand? Why would I need to do that if nobody is supposed to be there and if I’m not even notified. After this talk with Drew, Julisa doesn’t schedule me many jobs as before. One time she said one of my cleans were “cancelled” until the next day. (Never had this happen before). Later that day she says she’s waiting on orders for the following day but then offers me to work for her for crumbs like I’m some idiot. Two other times she says she’s waiting on orders then never scheduled me. Not a big issue because they don’t pay you $hit anyways. I have good standing within my laborers union and I know how the construction world is. Especially if they say it’s “slow”. It’s never slow, they just pick and choose who they want to keep busy. They can keep you busy if they want but when you have someone letting their emotions take over they start playing with your money. Considering I’m the only black cleaner I’m sure she’s letting all her Hispanic workers work. Seems like discrimination and racism. Just go to your states workforce commission if you ever have these issues.
