I had my sofa cleaned beforehand because my kids had left it filthy, and they made it look brand new. They were punctual and super attentive! Highly recommended!

I couldn’t be happier with the service! The team was professional, punctual, and very friendly. They did an amazing job cleaning my carpet and sofa — everything looks brand new and smells fresh. I was impressed with the attention to detail and how quickly they worked without compromising quality. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and top-notch cleaning services.

I had no problem with the cleaning help with one exception. Non spoke English. That was hard. But also their prices are sooo unreasonable 400 to 500 for a 1900 square foot house and if you dare to sign a contract and things change in your life ,you will be charged the full price. I even was crazy enough to add my father’s house and when I tried to cancel due to his age and netvousness(98) he was immediately charged 765.00 on his credit card, for past two visits. And trying to relate why you are canceling I was met with stubborn rude resistance and I was then charged 337.00 over my original fee, which they collected of 156. Be very careful. Do not fall for their bargains. You will pay dearly. Plus they broke a window at my friends house and broke my shower door. Merry Maids made me very sad indeed.

Merry Maids is a great service. There is a language barrier at times. They do a good service. But they don't all clean the same. I thought there would be a standard cleaning. There isn't. Not saying there is a problem with that. Each person has their own routine and the practices can be quite different. Having said that. I love my maids and always look forward to him coming out. I've checked around and their prices are a bit higher. It's the quality of their work that stands out. If you have an issue it is dealt with immediately. I recommend Merry Maids for your Cleaning needs.

The two ladies that cleaned my house were nice although neither spoke any English. They did a good job of cleaning, better than most of the crews they've sent. I translated some instructions to Spanish on an app, but they must have forgot. If Merry Maids is going to send 2 people who speak no English, they should go over the instructions for my house ahead of time, so I don't have to (try to) keep doing it every time a new crew comes.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Indira and another young lady. We had recently finished a kitchen renovation and needed cleaning for the kitchen, for 2 bathrooms and areas near the renovation. Indira and the other young lady were quick, thorough and did a great job helping or house look like it was before the renovation. Definitely a service we would use again.

I am super grateful for the service Merry Maids provides for me on a consistent basis. As well would like to give thanks to the nice cleaning lady Kay that always comes in and cleans my property at %110 no complaints. Very communicative as well as professional always thanks Merry Maids!

I'm very Blessed to have Michael as my service technician. Not only is he one of the best service techs that I've ever had, but he demonstrates the utmost professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy towards me while he is servicing my house. Merry Maids is so fortunate to have Mike as an employee of their company.

I made the mistake of signing a contract with Merry Maids. I was a client for a year (bc I had a contract and had to be) - the cleanings were rushed, never a good deep cleaning. Every once in a while over 24 cleanings I gave a five star review, but it was rare. I contacted them to cancel after my contract was complete and they charged me $376.20 for nothing. The owner (Grace) is terrible and will not work with me. I’ve been trying to get a confirmation of cancellation from them and they won’t send it and aren’t responsive to me. Look at their yelp reviews, they’re consistent with my experience. I highly recommend Will Cleaning.

Isabel is fantastic and she is the reason we continue to have our service. I understand the legalities of our contract but I on occasion do not have the best experience with the office. Isabel is the reason why I can overlook those challenges. She does a fantastic job every time.

Yani has been providing cleaning services to us for over a year, and she consistently delivers exceptional work. She is both responsible and reliable, and it’s clear that she takes great pride in what she does. Her care for her clients and their home is evident in every detail. Yani always arrives with a smile and a positive attitude that brightens our day. We consider ourselves truly fortunate to have her as our cleaning professional.

We had an Excellent experience with Merry Maids out of Kissimmee FL. We had a team of two come in for a set amount of time, and we created a priority list. They hit everything on the priority list and did such a thorough job. We are totally impressed. Excellent communication with the office for scheduling, arrival timing, and completion,, and the owner checked in to make sure we were satisfied. This is a top notch group! And we will use them again.

I wanted to have a good cleaning of my apartment 3 days before a major surgery as I knew I wouldn’t be able to clean as I normally do for awhile. I keep my apt very clean and didn’t need cleaning of the refrigerator, oven or any unseen areas. My main concern was a thorough cleaning of the bathroom. Due to my physical limitations, I was unable to clean the tiles in my bathtub as well as I would like and there was the normal soap scum buildup on them and a few little spots of mold on the tiles. My apt is only 669 sq feet. Cost was $300 which was much more than I wanted to spend. The staff member I had was Ashley and she was pleasant. I told her the areas, especially the bathroom that I was most interested in. At one point she was on the phone and then went to my front door. I thought she was just going to her car to get something. Instead she opened the door and let a man in who told me his name was Mike. He said he was her supervisor. I had no way to verify that. I was appalled that I was not given notice or an opportunity to object to this man coming into my home. I was very uncomfortable and he stayed for about 15 minutes. I would think this was a breach of their policies as I was told ahead of time of the name of the person that would be entering my home. He finally left, and she finished. I was so shaken up by his presence, that I didn’t do a thorough inspection of her work. Later when I did look at the bathroom, it looked no better than before she came. At that point there was nothing I could do about it as I was about to go into the hospital for major surgery. Before the service they tried to get me to commit to future services. I told them I would contact them as my recovery went on because I didn’t know what I needed yet. They began calling me 3 days later while I was in the hospital and continued to call everyday. I again told them I would contact them if their services were needed though I knew I wouldn’t be using them again. I finally had to block their phone number. The quality of their work is poor in their practices with their staff, if that person was even on their staff, is appalling.

Yacnarys is by far the most wonderful, most professional, kindest, and beyond perfect cleaning service individual I have ever had the pleasure of not just meeting, but being able to work with, if I could give this amazing person 100 stars I would in a heartbeat!
