I’ve been using merry maids for about 2 years and they have been really good but I will say it was a game changer when Yacnarys started to clean my house . Hands down the best cleaner at the company . I only want her cleaning my house that’s how good she is . Also not to mention she’s amazing with my little kids. They love her . .. thank you Yacnarys for always cleaning our house to perfection !

I really wanted to like Merry Maids, but our experience was disappointing. We paid over $300 for a deep clean of our 1 bed/1 bath (812 sq ft) apt. Two technicians worked for a 4-hour split, but several of our priority areas were left incomplete — baseboards, windows, and window sills weren’t cleaned, there were visible spots left on the floors, and a box of trash was even stuffed in our pantry.

When we tried to resolve it, we were told we’d have to pay for an extra hour to fix what was missed. For the price of a “deep clean,” the quality and accountability just weren’t there.

I am very disappointed with my experience with this cleaning company.On the day of service, the maids took significantly longer than expected and did not complete the cleaning properly.Several agreed-upon tasks were either poorly done or not done at all.
What made the situation worse was that the cleaners stated they completed services that, in fact, were not performed. When I contacted the management team to address these concerns, I was assured the issue would be taken care of. Unfortunately, no corrective action was taken.
Despite the service not being completed as promised, my card was charged without my permission and without any follow-up call or confirmation. When I spoke again with management, the response was dismissive, as if charging a customer without authorization especially when the service was incomplete was normal practice.This lack of accountability, honesty, and communication is unacceptable. I expected professionalism and transparency, and instead received poor service and unauthorized charges. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I hired Yacnarys to clean my home and she did an absolutely amazing job. She was punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough with every part of the house . The attention to detail she put into the kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas made my whole house feel fresh and spotless. She worked consistently the entire time and went above and beyond what I expected. I’m extremely happy with the results and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and hardworking cleaning professional. I’ll be booking her again!

Yacnarys was amazing! From the first time she walked she greeted me with a huge smile and automatically felt like family. From the beginning she focused on what my main concerns were and made sure to triple check that everything was spotless. Shes very PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY! I paid $1,100 for a deep cleaning of an empty 2,600 sq ft home, and I’m extremely disappointed in the service Merry Maids delivered.

There was no furniture in the house, so this should have been an easy job for any professional cleaning crew. Instead, as we started moving in and inspecting the space, we discovered multiple areas that were clearly untouched. The worst was the kitchen cabinets—attached is a photo of just one shelf after I wiped it myself, after the cleaning had supposedly been completed.

Merry Maids claims they sent two cleaners who worked for hours and followed up with an inspector, but the results simply don’t reflect that. I reached out with this concern and was told it was too late for them to do anything further, despite the fact that we hadn’t even moved in when the original job was done—and only discovered the issues as we began using the space.

For a cleaning service that charges top dollar, I expected far better. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but others should be aware of the experience I had. I recommend looking elsewhere for any kind of deep cleaning service—especially if you want attention to detail and accountability.

Andres brought a positive, professional attitude to the job and demonstrated an excellent work ethic from start to finish. This is our second year with Merry Maids of Orlando and we have always been so happy with their services. Natasha spent a great deal of time getting our services initiated and visited our home herself. She has been an incredible resource throughout our entire time to answer questions and hear our feedback. I never hesitate to reach out to her, as she thoughtfully listens and makes me feel heard.

I received a gift card for Merry Maids and I finally used it. It was absolutely amazing. I have never had a cleaning service come to my house. The attention to detail these ladies showed throughout my house was amazing. Zulay & Nancy were kind and as quiet as one can be while cleaning a house. Very professional and made my house ready for the holidays. I would highly recommend them to come to your house.

Stella’s team did a Move-In Cleaning for my husband and me. We are SO impressed by their attention to detail and thoroughness. They were so kind and positive and walked through the home with us afterwards to make sure we were entirely satisfied with their work. I have been using Mrs. AP Cleaning approaching a year now. I wanted to be ultra sure about the review and I'm happy to say they do a great a job for the overall value. I was in desperate need of help around my house because I do have chronic back pain I am being rehabilitated for.

Their service price is based off of usage which makes sense as the more often the property is being cleaned the less effort they have to put in maintaining it. We use their bi-monthly service with a deep clean every quarter.

Their standard services are great because unlike quotes I was getting from other maintenance services Mrs. AP services comes with moving furniture and vacuuming and cleaning underneath. They also wipe all surfaces removing decorative pieces to ensure a quality clean.

Deep cleans are based off the amount of hours spent cleaning the property. They give you the base price and an estimate but they also let you know if they are going over and by how much to confirm you still want to continue services.

It hasn't always been daisies and roses but anytime we had concerns they were immediately addressed and made right. If you let them know how you want something done they will do it. Again we mostly need help with strenuous activities like vacuuming and changing bedding and we are grateful Mrs. AP has been there during this time!

If you need a cleaner, I highly recommend Mrs.AP Cleaning! It was quick to set up, and I didn’t even have to speak on the phone, it was all arranged through text. They were extremely helpful and willing to work with me, and they even picked up the keys since I was unable to go drop them off for them to clean. The pricing affordable, and they did an excellent job at leaving the place looking brand new! You won’t regret going with Mrs.AP Cleaning!

This has been my third experience with AP Cleaning Services, and I can't express enough how impressed I've been each time. The quality of cleaning they provide is truly outstanding. They pay such careful attention to detail and maintain excellent communication throughout the process. I was particularly amazed by how Bruna's team tackled the cabinets above the stove, which can be a tough job with all the steam and residue that builds up from cooking. I used Mrs. AP Cleaning to do a standard cleaning on my house and they did an excellent job! A team of two ladies came and they were very polite and did a thorough, but still fairly quick job. They were very detailed and parts of the house felt even cleaner than when we moved in!

We had used this company a couple of years ago to do a move out clean on an apartment, and they also did an excellent job with that.

Adriana's crew was amazing. Polite, hardworking, and accommodating. I needed next day service and that was no problem. My house was left clean and smelled amazing. I would absolutely recommend them for their services.
