Highly recommend Oriental Rug Cleaning company. Every step in the service process was handled professionally, promptly and by very courteous technicians. My 20+ year old rug looks like new again. I intend to use this company again soon for my other rugs.

My technician, Chris, did an outstanding job. Oftentimes there are reviews about services like this that are inflated but that is not the case with Like New Carpet Care - they LITERALLY stand by their name.
We had the carpets done in the past a few times, but never have they come out as clean and fresh smelling as it was when Chris finished his work. This company under promises and over delivers - we were very impressed. They communicate with you the way you prefer (phone, text, email), are VERY punctual, and their follow up is unmatched.
The speed of service and professionalism from the point of contact, technician, and customer service follow up is second to none.
If you're doing the research and I hope my review helps because needing services like this can be critical when preparing your home for sale or returning a home off of a lease. This is my go-to team for carpet and upholstery care that I'm happy to write this review and personally refer without hesitation.

From scheduling to pick up to delivery - the entire process was seamless. Fantastic! Highly recommend!

Chris came out to clean the grout and rugs after we completed a renovation. He examined the grout and tried a small area then told us he did not think it would clean as we had hoped. He further explained that it may have had a sealer that was darker and had been added at some point but he wasn’t sure. He did a great job on our rugs. We appreciate his refreshing honesty!

The difference is amazing! Service was wonderful and results were more than we expected! Eric Rouse was well organized, professional, efficient and genuinely cared about the results that could be achieved for this couch and loveseat that had seen better days. We had Oriental Rug Cleaning Plant clean 2 of our rugs. One had not been cleaned in 20+ years and had a slight musty odor. We had Oriental Rug Cleaning Plant make both rugs smell and look brand new for a reasonable industry standard price! Highly Recommended!

Great rug cleaning service. We dropped off but could not agree on pick up time. They offered to deliver to our home free. Oh, and the rug looks great!

Fast and friendly service. They took great care of my area rug. I have a dog that sheds and had one visable pet stain. My rug looks brand new! The stain and pet odor is completely gone which is amazing because I have very light colored rug. Would definitely recommend their services.

This company was such a joy to work with. From Alicia, who I with interacted to get a quote to Mitch, the front of house at the Casselberry location, everyone was super polite and helpful. I also to spoke to the oriental rug specialist about repairing an old rug and she explained the process and price breakdown throughly and was very sweet. Prices were average and results were great!

The service was impeccable from the get go. Detailed pricing clearly outlined services available & pricing. Pick up & delivery were prompt & efficient. The finished product made the carpets look brand new.

We had our expensive oriental rug picked up and when they delivered it, it was damaged. I don’t know if it’s because of bad equipment or the way they handled it. I would not recommend them if you have something very expensive that you want to keep for years.

I highly recommend Like New Carpet & Oriental Rug Cleaning. They made it very easy for me to schedule my appointment and were very accommodating when I had to reschedule. Kris C. came out to my home after providing me with a good amount of notice that he was on his way. He was very professional, kind and helpful. He did an amazing job cleaning my stairs and carpets. I wasn’t sure there was much hope for my old, heavily-used carpets but he truly made them look great. I was in shock when i saw how he had made my worn out, dark carpets look light and truly like new again!!! I couldn't be happier with the service and will definitely use their services again in the future.

They did a great job. Less expensive than local Melbourne cleaners even with pickup and delivery. Great customer service! I highly recommend them.

Everywhere their hours are listed as of today, they are open on Saturdays. I called the day before about dropping it off and there was no mention that they would not be open on Saturday. After driving 100 miles to drop this rug off, I get to the address listed which is not where the business is, call and find out that they’re closed and I cannot drop the rug off. The employee answering the phone spoke to the manager/owner about it and the only resolution he offered was updating the hours to reflect they are not open on Saturday. I requested if someone can please go to the business so I can drop off this rug based on the hours that are advertised everywhere, and they said no. They took my information, but I never got a call back. I wasted my Saturday and a quarter tank of gas based on their false advertising and they did nothing offer anything to make up for it, so I will not be using this rug cleaner and would not trust this business.
