I had Steamatic come to our home to clean our HVAC vents and our dryer vent. I had them do the same thing a dozen years ago and had not realized how much time had passed. With ten vents and two returns on the HVAC system I thought it would take them half a day. They were done in two hours, including having to move the washer and dryer to get to the dryer vent. John (who had done our home last time) and Adam were both great. They cleaned up all the dust and debris from removing the return vent covers, and even went so far as to clean and spray paint the vent covers showing signs of rust (I live near the ocean). I could not have possibly been more impressed by their professionalism, politeness, and the speed at which they worked. I would use Steamatic again in a heartbeat and give them my highest recommendation.

Great crew, came in to our house and cleaned carpets, drapes, blinds, air ducts and were thorough and fast. They also cleaned all the upholstered furniture and wiped the baseboards. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

John was great. Besides cleaning the air ducts they also sprayed this germicide disinfectant that should kill any residual germs in the HVAC system. I paid cash instead of using credit card but they also accept checks with no fee. John also vacuumed up any dust balls that may have dropped on the floor. Thank you.

Steamatic is a great company, I've used them professionally in the real estate business and personally at my house. They always call ahead to let you know when they'll arrive, their technicians are professional and personable. They'll answer any questions you have. My home air just feels cleaner and I can breathe better since they cleaned my ducts! Their carpet/floor cleaning are excellent, and they will respond quickly if you have an emergency to remediate. Great company!

Steamatic of Central Florida cleaned all of our downstairs tile and grout today and they did a wonderful job. They were very professional and friendly from the initial phone call and throughout the entire job process! We are very pleased and happy with the outcome, the company and their people.

David did a great job on the carpet. I told David that I have migraines and perfume is a trigger, whatever he used has no smell. Very pleased, I was definitely expecting a headache like the big name carpet company gave me, but not with Steamatic. 5 Stars

John is punctual, friendly and informative about preparing for the work and putting things back after everything has dried. He goes the extra mile to make the whole process as convenient as can be.

I’ve been using Steamatic for over 15 years. They have been cleaning my air ducts, carpet, and grout cleaning. Now we are dealing with a roof leak. They are doing a wonderful job with water intrusion. We have had an attorney since December. Their pictures and report will be given to our attorney. I would highly recommend Steamatic!

Still have a lot of dust. I don't see any difference. Spent $575. Dryer vent was done manual and caused more dust in my condo.

We had our air ducts done. The guys were very knowledgeable answered all of our questions put us at ease with our concerns dealing with the anti microbial solution that they sprayed into my air conditioning unit. Vents were left closed! I was assured that they would be left open. 2 vents upstairs (I have cathedral ceiling) were NOT! Also, My kitchen floor looks the same after the grout cleaning. The tiles look clean but not the GROUT.
