Did not show up for appointment. Rescheduled, late for 2nd appointment. Didn't bring protection for furniture feet. Hoping wood furniture does not soak up the water. Sent 1 man only. He expected 65 year old woman to move dining room table and large sitting chair by herself and did not offer to help. Will never use this company again.

Day 2 of waiting oast a scheduled appointment. The first day I took off work from 12-6pm waiting on soneone to come clean the carpets. At approximately 5:57pm. I get a call atating the apartment complex added air duct cleaning services and they recommend doing both services together. We rescheduled for the following day from 8:30-9pm arrival time. It is now 9am and they are again a no call no show. Wasting my vacation hours on unprofessional companies is the worse.

It was easy to schedule and they were right on time at the beginning of their arrival window. The carpet hasnt been cleaned in 7 years, and areas looked grey and disgusting. Now it looks great, smells great, and they even repaired an area with water damage that needed new tackstripping. Junior, the tech was very nice and did a good job.

call and make an appointment two week in advance to get my tile and grout clean and also call to confirmed my appointment the day before. My appointment was for May 25 between 8am to 10am. I wait all day and still no one call or even show up. This company is very very unprofessional. I will never use or call the again.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen. I had a water emergency in my apartment on 2/1. The technician came out on 2/2 to do the water extraction. He stated he would be back in two days to get the equipment that was left to complete the drying process including four fans and a big dehumidifier, and my carpet ripped up so we waited at home for him to come back. It is now two weeks later and the equipment is still in my apartment. After four phone calls with promised calls back (never received a call back) the only response we can get is we will let the technician know. We are now on two weeks that my daughter has not had access to her room. I wish there was less than one star because this company does not even deserve one star please do not use this company if you want anything done in a timely manner.

This driver almost hit me TWICE today in traffic. First, they tried merging into me even after I laid it on the horn. I had to speed up to get away from them. I had to go in front of them to turn right (about a mile after the merging incident) and they didn’t brake at all. If I hadn’t almost flipped my car turning right at 40mph I would’ve been slammed into from behind. If you’re going to put your business on a van, make sure the driver knows how to drive!!!

I have tried so many cleaning companies and have way overpaid in the past. I was so happy with Talia! She cleaned amazingly well and was so nice. They are the first company who charges a decent amount and changes sheets if you need it. They have a huge checklist they bring and show you everything they did. Its a huge checklist. I am so glad we found them!

They left the apartment looking very good!
Since I got the deep clean deluxe package I would’ve expected the top of the fridge to be cleaned up. But overall, the apartment looked and smelled good.
