We started with Her Magesty Cleaning Services a few weeks ago with a deep cleaning prior to beginning reoccurring service. Over the last few weeks, everything has been perfect. Three service techs performed a whirlwind of a deep cleaning at first, picking up grease and grime that had been hiding for years. And since then, every week with our regular tech has been just as great. They have been timely and professional the entire time, as well as super friendly. They are easy to get ahold of through their website or a text message, and usually reply very quickly if something comes up. Their prices are very fair and the quality of the work has been amazing. Before I found this company I had a wonderful housekeeper we lost. I spent much time searching for someone who did half as well as she did. Her Majesty has been cleaning for me for about a year. I am very picky and I am very happy.
Here are some reasons you should absolutely give them a chance:
1. They are flexible and reliable. They have canceled 0% of my cleanings.
2. They are trustworthy. I prefer to have the same person in my home each week however I have had about four people inside my home to clean over the year. I would trust each one of them in my home and around my children and family. I am a very untrusting person so that speaks volumes.
3. The one or two times I have had a small problem, I have contacted management and they have immediately made things right.
4. They do a great job. Tali is an absolute pleasure to have in our home. She goes above and beyond every week and has quickly become a part of our family. It's the best day of my dog's life every week when she comes and the baby loves her too 😂 You will be so lucky if you can get on Tali's schedule
