This was the offer... $99 Unlimited supply vents with the negative pressure machine cleaning and Free Camera inspection.....
But they didn’t clean all the vents just the one in the kitchen. The people who came were really nice but I spent the whole time speaking about the UV light they tried to sell me. I was pretty disappointed with the mess I had to clean after they left - sweeping, mopping, and was worried about the stove after the vent was dropped on it from the guy cleaning the kitchen vent... 🙄

JB’s service technicians diagnosed and took care of replacing the A/C blower motor in a timely fashion.

This is the most responsive and communicative contractor i've ever worked with. They came to my house within an hour of me contacting them to repair my AC. I got text and email alerts about when they were on their way, what the estimate was for the work, and was able to pay with my CC via my phone without downloading an app. They pointed out other things that could be fixed without pressuring me, and then proceeded to fix the problem with my AC unit (blower replacement) very quickly and effectively. I will be using them for all my AC needs going forward. They used to have an office in Oviedo so they have a lot of good referrals in my area.

We contacted JBC to get a repair estimate for heat/AC unit. JB responded quickly and worked on tracking down the correct part and gave us a competitive quote. It worked out the owner of the home was ble to reach out to friends and decided to have a friend do the repair.

The contractor came a few hours before the schedule. I bought two new capacitors but have no idea how to connect the old wire system.

The contractor came with slips on the feet. I do not feel comfortable with this serious work with contactor wear slips. Image is bad.
Diagnois fee is 99, as told over the phone.
The contractor asked me what was wrong. I said: this AC need new capacitor but I have no idea how to connect and I do not want to mess the AC and wait for a few days to install a new one.
All I need is to make a connection to see if AC is working.
He said, if this AC works, can you agree I am going to charge another 99 dollars. I said, YES. What can I do in this hot weather and tenants live there. Feeling is bad.

JBC came recommended to me a few years ago when I was having AC issues. They did not disappoint. JB is extremely respectful and knowledgeable; and undoubtably possesses integrity. He educated me on how all the components of the AC work together while he checked over the entire unit and found the failing issues. He laid out the options for me along with the costs; I ultimately had him replace the entire unit. His price was reasonable, and work was impeccable. I like that JB is very up to date with technology and replaced my thermostat with a Nest that can be controlled through my iPhone. I recently had to call JBC (or JB) again because I was getting error messages on the Nest thermostat and the AC ultimately stopped coming on. Unfortunately, it was after hours, yet JB text me and said he would be at my house within an hour. He flushed the line and did what was needed and charged me such a minimal service call price that I gave him an additional $100. He told me, he did not want me to go without AC, even for the evening because it is just too hot. Who does that?? He is a hard worker and an honest man; in my experience, difficult characteristics to find nowadays. Thank you JB!!!

Danniel was a perfectionist and professional, always explaining in great detail the process and procedure. Very courteous with my home, cleaning after he was done. I recommend this company and will be using them in the future for all ac related issues. Especially the cleaning of ducts and vents! Our vents are now spotless.

John Silversmith from JBC is super amazing. He came in today to trim a big tree in my backyard . He was very professional and extremely nice.
I was very impressed with his knowledge of
how to trim trees. After he suited up and took all the necessary safety precautions he got in the bucket (he has a big bucket truck) and trimmed the tree rather fast, by himself!!
My tree looks beautiful !!!! I am extremely grateful for the magnificent job he did .

TLDR: Good service with some flaws

What kind of phone is the office using? So much static, very hard to hear.
Called at 8AM in the morning, the lady said she will schedule a technician for me between 12PM and 1PM. At 11:30AM, I received a text saying my technician Francis is on his way.
At 12PM, no one came.
At 1PM, no one came. Afraid that the technician may have gotten lost, so I called the office to ask if they need direction. The gentleman who picked up said that it’s fine, the technician was just a bit behind because of his prior appointment.
At 2 PM, no one came. I called again and the gentleman said the technician is on his way, please give home 10-15 minutes.
At 3PM, no one came, I called again, and was assured the same thing.

Update: the technician arrived at 4pm and was very apologetic. He owned up to his mistake and gave me a big discount on the originally quoted price. He is very friendly and knows what needs to be done just from my description. Quick service. It’s not about the mistake you make, but rather about how you face the mistake that is important. Changed ratings from 1 star to 4 stars.

Best air conditioner repair person I have ever had. He was honest. He explained many things to me where many others took advantage to make money. I had just had the capacitor for the system replaced less than a year ago and he showed me that it was not sufficient for my system. He showed me that I had to clean off the unit outside and why that was a problem. I will I never use another repair service!

We use JBC repairs a lot in the restaurant industry. They come out quickly to fix our HVAC and Refrigeration and have saved us thousands by finding a repair solution when others have told us our only option is to replace our units.

Perfect! JB was able to come to my house in just a couple of hours after I called. He was extremely nice and extremely professional. He gave me an honest assessment of my system and helped my get a little more life out my current 20+ year old system. I will definitely be calling him when it is time to replace my unit.

JB's crew installed 4 mini splits & everything works well. I will be using them again if issues arise.
