Called at 11am after my A/C unit was blowing warm air. The person on the phone walked me through resetting my unit before sending out a tech. After that didn't work, she let me know that the next available tech would be calling me when available. Less than 20 minutes later I received a call, the tech arrived shortly after, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced my broken part, and had my unit running again. Quick, professional, and affordably priced.

Once again they did amazing job, honest, reasonable and reliable. Thank you so much.

I have used Cool-Rite since 2011. They have been honest, loyal, trustworthy and efficient. During a 100+ degree day, my air conditioner unit shut off. I gave Cool-Rite a call and within hours, Marcello had my AC unit up and running again and I was cool, calm and collected. Whenever you need them, they are there for you. They are like family (the family you want).

These guys are awesome! I called after hours Friday night; they called me back later that night to let me know they could schedule something in the morning. I really appreciated having that quick response via the phone. Bart came by the next morning and within 2 minutes he had diagnosed the problem. He had our system up and running shortly thereafter. Bart was super friendly, professional, and obviously he's a great technician. I had called Cool Rite one other time in June 2015 and had a similar experience - friendly staff and prompt, professional service. I hope my old AC unit hangs on a little longer, but if not....I will definitely be calling Cool Rite again!

Our AC went out last weekend. Called Cool-Rite and another company on Saturday morning. Karen from Cool-Rite was very friendly and professional. The other company's phone representative was indifferent and treated me like a number, so I went with Cool-Rite.

Their service technician was named Marc, I believe. He arrived within 2 hours of my initial call. That is amazing timing for a Saturday. He explained what went wrong (capacitor was bubbled up, aka ruined), how to fix it and why it happened (likely a lightning strike). Our AC was back online within 10 minutes of Marc arriving.

Overall my experience with Cool-Rite was fantastic. Give them a try if your AC is on the fritz!

I recently had my heater / ac quit working abruptly right as the heat started to come back after the recent cold snap. Temps inside my house quickly started to reach into the 90s. I wanted to find an honest company to come look at my unit. I had two other companies in the past work on my a/c unit and neither fully resolved my issues but both where great at ringing up a heavy bill for what appears to have been temporary fixes. I started to search Google reading reviews on different companies when I came across Cool-Rite I saw everyone had nothing but good things to say, so I decided why not give them a shot. Well I was 100% satisfied with my decision to use this company. Cool-Rite offered me same day service for the diagnostic at a very reasonable rate especially for how accurate the tech was. They found out what the issue was and I had an estimate for repair right away. Even though the part was not available local they went out of the way to go obtain the parts I needed to get my unit back operational. Marcelo (forgive me if I spelled it wrong) was my tech. I want to say thank you to Marcelo for resolving my issue. My a/c is still kicking strong and my family is comfortable . I highly recommend this company to anyone in the market. 5 stars great job!

Their service technicians are professional, well trained and friendly. They arrive on time, fix the problem and their prices are acceptable. They don't try to sell you services not really needed, very honest company.

My AC stopped working halfway into the day and I called Sam at Cool-Rite , LLC who immediately scheduled me with her technician Joey. I only waited 1 hour before Joey was able to schedule me into his work schedule for the day. When he arrived he immediately diagnosed the issue and promptly fixed my AC.
