Called this morning after our ac went out. The gentleman on the phone said he would have someone out between 11-3pm the same day! I was very impressed since we are in Florida and I know they are busy. I got a call around 2 letting me know the tech would be late which I was fine with because I was thankful they were coming at all sane day. Tito called, he showed up and helped us. He gave great advice and fixed the ac. He did not take advantage of our situation, we were given a good price and will be doing business with Century again!!! Thank you so much for coming out same day and doing a great job and thank you so much to Tito!!!

Century Air Conditioning & Heating has been consistent, professional and provides the best value I have found in many years. We have retained Century Air Conditioning & Heating for over a decade now and have zero reason to go elsewhere. This is a company with integrity which starts at its core and is passed down through their employees. There is something to be said about any company with long term employees. Century calls on their way, always shows up when they say they will ad there is a lot to be said about a company that returns phone calls, does what they say they are going to do and are transparent in all that they do. Requested a quote for maintenance to our unit, and they were pretty straight forward and honest. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Top notch customer service. Very professional.

I had an appointment from 12:30-1:30 and My technician was 3 hours late, arriving at 4:30. No one called me to let me know exactly how late he was running. I had to call the main office to request an update only to be told that “this happens”. I was basically waiting around all day for them to arrive 3 hours late. Extremely disappointing and I wish someone would have communicated that with me.

The technician was good, he was professional but again I wish there was more communication with the timing. It’s unfair to the customer. This company was a recommendation from a family member and I’m not sure I will be using them again.

We knew when we purchased our home that the former owners had not taken very good care of the existing A/C Unit. We have had other companies look at our unit and given a range of prices and explanations. Only Century has been upfront and honest. I also feel that they have been very cost effective. From day one, Century has had our backs. They have been diligent in troubleshooting and making sure our unit is fixed properly and running at its optimum. Victor has gone above and beyond to schedule same day when needed. Pedro has been an AWESOME tech. He is extremely knowledgeable and good at his job. I will not hesitate to recommend this company, and I will certainly continue to use them in the future!

Best and trustworthy company - they show up on time - great polite knowledgeable technicians- i purchased my airconditioner from this company 3 years ago - i have a maintenance contract - victor reminds me every 6 months when I am due for maintenance - I used to have a 25 year old airconditioner they only repaired what needed to be done they fit me in whenever the good old thing broke down.
I highly recommend them for repair service as well as a new unit if needed

My AC went out while I had contractors working in my home. Within 30 minutes of placing a phone call to Victor a technician arrived. Problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly!

Gerardo is the BEST! Always prompt and professional, explaining any work done and offering solid recommendations. It has been great having their maintenance plan and flexible scheduling to keep our main HVAC and mini splits running all summer long, so thanks to Victor as well for great communication. We made the switch to Century last year after our old provider left the business and so glad we did! A++

Excellent communication and timely service. Technician was very polite and professional. Tech described each diagnostic test as they were performed. Quickly found our problem and made the repair, then monitored the system for 15-20 minutes to ensure everything was functioning properly.

We’ve always had a great experience with Century. Used them for a full replacement and maintenance on our old home and they just serviced our new home. Pedro found issues the previous company had not taken care of properly and was very thorough, professional, and showed up right when he said he would. Highly recommend!

I always use Century Air, Victor always manages to get a AC technician to my home when needed, which is greatly appreciated in Florida! Pedro was at house today to replaced a faulty defrost control board, he’s a highly skilled AC tech. After he replaced the card he did a full check of the unit. Angel is one of there other techs, he is also good. Victor electronically confirms all appointments and the techs also send text messages to let you know there on there way. I have found there pricing on repairs to fair, I would use them again and keep my semiannual preventive maintenance contracted with them, I like the quick response and security provided by the preventative checkups on the units.

I’ve used Century AC at my residence for last 5+ years and have always been satisfied with their service. They are extremely customer focused, communication is excellent, and have always provided prompt service and repair.

Regarding a recent AC install I was even more impressed. The team arrived early and what was estimated to be an all day job was finished in half the time. Steve was excellent and thoroughly walked me through the process and answered any questions. Additionally, the installers were great, and a special Thank You to Jason F. for such a seamless transition to a new unit.

My air conditioner went out on the hottest day of the year. I called that morning and Victor, the service manager, was able to send someone out that afternoon. Gerardo was able to diagnosis the problem which was a bad fan motor. He was able to order it and came back the next morning to install it. In addition, he checked everything with my AC to make sure there were no other problems. Gerardo was so nice and so professional. Can't thank Century Air Conditioning & Heat Inc. enough for such excellent service! They have always been the one I call and will continue to be the only one!

This is a Great company that due great work and honest work . And w competitive pricing I was glad they were able fix my A/C unit just in time to make it through hurricane Milton. I will be using this company for any future work. And if you call them ask for Victor he is there to help and make sure everything works for you. I really appreciate all they did to help my family get through the end of summer w a working A/c unit.

Century Air just fixed my HVAC system after another company told me nothing was wrong and wouldn’t answer my calls a few days before xmas. Century Air called me on a Sunday, came out within an hour, and fixed it before xmas. They were amazing. Great professionalism, wonderful customer service and fair prices make this company top on my list.

It’s always a pleasure to deal with someone that you don’t know and feels like a family member. Angel came in explained what he was going to do. Very professional and straight to the point. Very happy with his service.
