I had an excellent experience with Century A/C & Heating. The technicians were professional, punctual, and cleaned up. They made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Prices were transparent, and the customer service was top-notch. The service account manager, Victor was amazing helpful and attentive.
I purchased two units one year apart. I Highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable HVAC services!

Victor, who schedules appointments, was super helpful and responsive to questions. Pedro, the technician who came to our house, was very polite and did a great job of explaining things. I have been quite impressed with the entire process. I signed up for their maintenance program.

Edit: I just had my second experience with the company and it was every bit as good as the first. Gerardo was professional, polite and friendly. He explained what he was doing and left absolutely no mess whatsoever. I continue to be impressed with this company and I'm glad I found them.

I've now had three appointments with this company and I am still every bit pleased as I was the first time. Highly recommended!

We love Century A/C. Gerardo has been our regular tech for the last 3 years and we trust and appreciate his hard work.
We have a very old ac unit and had several people come out to repair it that said it needed to be replaced. Gerardo came out, repaired it, maintained it twice a year for us and kept it running for 3 additional years. When it finally broke this last time, we trusted that there was nothing else we could do but replace.

A call for help, because no a/c today! The tech was here within an hour and diagnosed the problem immediately. Wish I would have called them first. Excellent company, have used them for about 5 years now, always outstanding service. Very professional and close to the house.
