Our experience with A/C Heating and air was great. We have been using them for several years now. So when my Mom A/C quit working I called them. Christian the tech that came out was great! He communicated well, explained everything that was going on.
Completed the diagnostic tests and and found out what was wrong. He was able to fix it right then and there. He was honest, personable, professional and was a very kind young man.
Thank you Christian for taking your time and finding the real problem. I feel other companies would have said “ You need a new A/C unit and try to sell me something that was not needed.We will continue to refer this company to every one we know. It was always a pleasure dealing with them. Life savers in this heat. May I say…..customers please offer the techs something to drink. They will very much appreciate it. Great experience as always!

Jason was our technician for servicing our air conditioning units. He only came to do one, but asked if I wanted him to do the second one. He had no problems with doing two. He’s been with the company only two months and was very personable and showed me all the pictures that he took. He was a very nice guy, and I would recommend him to service any air conditioning units with this company.

Jason came out to inspect our AC and gave our AC unit a good inspection. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He showed us the inside of our ac unit and it had a lot of mold in there. We decided to have him clean out the motor and the inside for us and he spent a good amount of time scrubbing with cleaning down our motor. We also decided to have them replace our return air duct next week. We feel very confident with Jason and this company that they will do a good job.
