It's a rare occurrence when you can find a company that is experienced, ethical, and dedicated to customer service. Customers First Heat & Air is that company. They show up VERY promptly, have years of experience in repair and installation, and they sell you what you only what need. In my opinion, there is no other HVAC company that even comes close.

It really is customers first. I hired the company to come in to adjust the thermostat. But they also gave me pointers of what could help in my salon and looked at the AC unit that I had just got installed by the property management and found out that there were screws missing from the installment. Highly recommend this company for any future work in their realm needed.

My mother's AC went out and another AC company said it was totaled. Customers first had us up and running. Honesty and expertise are hard to find but Customers first is who I call and refer. My neighbor had an entire unit put in by Customers first and they had the same great experience I did.

This is my new go to AC company, I can’t say enough how this company saved the day for me and my company. Doing renovations in the Florida heat is unmanageable without working AC in your project. What other AC companies made sound complicated and expensive Customers First Heat & Air treated it like child’s play and had the cool air blowing in less than 20 minutes at a fair price. These guys were professional, knowledgeable and fast! My only choice now when it comes to heat and air conditioning. My barbershop’s AC went out I called Customers First they came out assessed the problem it required me to get a new AC I called around to compare prices just to see they beat out the competitors prices they came out the next day and installed it in no time it was up and running again and it was nice and cold and the shop was back open for business.
