I was told by another company that I needed to replace my 10-year-old AC and condenser — a huge and unexpected expense. But when Morris came to my home, he and his team took the time to really look things over and told me the truth: I didn’t need a new system. Just some repairs and maintenance. His honesty and integrity were so refreshing. He could’ve easily gone along with what I’d been told, but he didn’t — and that speaks volumes about the kind of person and professional he is. Best A/C company hands down in the Greater Orlando/Central Florida area. Morris Stewart and team provide the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I’m renovating my Condo and he and his team was able to install my A/C unit in a couple days. Had a small issue getting the Hot Water heater out that cause a little damage to one of the A/C lines and cause a little leak and Morris literally said I’m on my way when I sent him the video. I’m a Realtor and will be referring Morris everytime! Kudos to Customers First Heat & Air! 🙏😁

Morris came on a holiday to service my mother's a/c. It was 86 degrees inside. When his team was done, it was blowing much cooler air. He explained thoroughly everything needed to be done to avoid replacement of unit. They cleaned the guts of the inside unit, when they left that looked brand new. Outside they fixed the electrical parts to help it work efficiently. I highly recommend him and his team. They do not look to upsell but rather fix what is the issue. They mentioned UV light to help with air quality. I requested they put one in it. It seems to help with viruses, so far they haven't passed as many between each other.

My family and I are once again, truly grateful for the incredible care and integrity shown throughout experiencing the replacement of my compressor.  Your commitment to excellence and genuine concern makes all the difference. Moe and his crew came out to do an install at my house. They were on time, professional, most importantly they worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. If you need A/C service at a good price give these guys a shot. You won’t regret it.
