I would recommend Websters to anyone in need of A/C work. I have been using them for my maintenance needs for the past 10 years and when my compressor finally died, they gave us a fair price for the parts and labor. They came out when they said and the work they did was well done and efficient. They also cleaned up after and removed all the old parts. Thank you for getting us out of a very warm house. :)

They came out yesterday to fix a problem that I had and then today we had a secondary isolated problem which was a little bit of emergency. I called the office and the people who answer the phones are absolutely wonderful. They immediately got us on the schedule and had someone come out. They spent a good amount of time and fixed everything flawlessly. This is one company I would recommend over and over and over again!

I am a fairly new customer with Webster and I am incredibly pleased with the customer service I have received both on site at my home and with the lovely staff at the office. They are always accommodating and try to get an appointment in a timely manner, and will be very honest if there is a backlog and a wait. Daniel was the technician that recently came out for my annual maintenance and took the time to clean the system and review everything with me. He checked everything that he could and reported back an excellent bill of health for my AC system. I would recommend this company 100%.

This is a great company! They were able to come a day earlier, which was great because my AC stopped working. Every time I call them, they quickly respond. The technician, Brent, was nice and helped me understand the issue that was going on with my AC.

These guys are the best. They went above and beyond. We had to add a few filters and some dampers as we wanted to make our ac quieter. Worked great. I recommend them highly.

Webster Air did a great job. As part of their first year servicing on the new AC we purchased for our investment property, they spotted a part that had an issue. It wasn't causing a problem and no one had complained. Still, they replaced the part at no cost, part of the warranty. They didn't ignore it and wait til it caused a problem. That's integrity. That's why we love Webster Air and use them for all our HVAC needs.

My parents have been customers of Webster AC & Heating for years and recommended them to me for my house. My AC stopped working on the hottest day (of course) and they were able to come out within 48 hours of me contacting them and fixed my issue that same day within a few hours. Jordan was very professional and knowledgeable. I felt that the cost was reasonable. Will definitely recommend them to other family and friends and continue to have them service my AC.
