This company has been nothing but amazing for me. From their professionalism, to courtesy, readiness and quality. You cannot go wrong with the decision to choose this company. They are always so responsive and efficient. Whenever I need them there right there to fix or replace just in time. I've had them for all my AC and heating needs. I would advise you to not look any further this is the best company you'll ever work with.

Aloha air is a great company. Jeren came out discovered my ac compressor had failed and recommended a new unit he gave me options and was fairly priced. I am very pleased with my new unit and the work and that this company did.

Aloha Air and Marcelo are an excellent choice regardless of your HVAC need. Top notch service, can handle any type of job and he is very informative and explains what is being done. I originally called to get a second quote/opinion to replace the air ducts and check out my AC unit in a property I purchased, that used to be a rental. I called Aloha Air at the recommendation of a friend & neighbor. The company I was under contract to not only failed to maintain the system I bought from them less than 4 yrs prior, improperly diagnosed the problem, which would have cost me over $500 to repair even though the part was still under warranty. Aloha Air sent out their Chief Technician & they did so the very same day at no charge to give me a second opinion. The problem was not even the AC unit, itself. It was a loose connection in the AC breaker box that kept shutting down the system, not the blower motor overheating to trip the breaker. He saved me over $500 and the system is working and cooling better than ever.
They even uncovered a severe mold problem in the unit that was spreading mold throughout my home. They will be installing a UV light like those in hospitals to kill bacteria soon.

Ac was not blowing cold air, Jeren was here soon after I called him and was able to get it up and running in no time. He had recommended a new system at the time and six months later was here to replace it. He and his helper were in and out in a matter of hours with fast and efficient service. My house is nice and cool now, just in time for the summer heat. There was zero need for any call backs and the system has ran perfectly ever since.

Jeren and Marcelo were great! They repaired my AC unit and handled the ordering of correct parts and installation. Price was fair and they made room in their busy schedules to come twice in one week. Will definitely be calling them again!

Jeren was quick to respond to my call for service. He answered all my questions and provided thorough explanations. He was on time and cleaned up after himself. He provided excellent service at a fair price….. I highly recommend Aloha Air!!

Filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau because of the sheer negligence of the installation by Aloha Air and their refusal to make it right and unprofessional demeanor by the owner. Bottom line is my Carrier hvac unit requires a specific type of indoor metering device called thermostatic expansion valve (TXV) in order to run efficiently and this is confirmed by the manufacturer Carrier and is stated on the condenser's data plate. Aloha Air instead decided to install a fixed piston in my air handler. After my system repeatedly failed again and again, I finally had another company inspect my unit and document all of the issues, but Aloha Air refused to address the installation issues with me. What's worse is I used Aloha for preventative maintenance on this machine on April 29, 2024 and gave them one final chance to do a deep inspection and find out why my unit keeps failing and blowing hot air. The Aloha tech instead blamed the issues on intermittent comm issues with my Google Home thermometer (not an issue I'm having at all) and gave my alsystem the all clear but I later learned he failed to test for any leaks (I just had to have my coils replaced today bc of leaking refrigerant), they failed to notice my refrigerant was low because of the leak, and they failed to clean out the condensation pump which was completely filled with gunk. So it's clear that these basic troubleshooting steps were ignored during their "preventative maintenance" inspection that I paid them for. The repairs cost me $2400 total with another company (Cool Today Orlando - can't recommend them enough!) and they finally fixed everything. It took 9 hours and a new air handler coil, TXV, capacitor and had to rebalance the entire system with new refrigerant. During that time Cool Today found out that Aloha Air made the following mistakes when installing my system in December 2020: 1. Never secured the capacitor with a bracket and left it free-floating on the condenser, 2. They neglected to install a TVX and put in the wrong metering device as mentioned, and 3. They installed a small black filter outside on the condenser susceptible to UV damage when Carrier says to install it inside on the air blower. If you use Aloha Air and have issues with your hvac system, do yourself a favor and get a third party company to inspect and test your system thoroughly before spending any more $ on Aloha.

Marcelo was very knowledgeable, and courteous. Was able to quickly fix my issue and I had AC within the hour. He was also able to service my air conditioner while he was here.
