The first person that came to our house diagnose us with a Replacement part for $1765.00. He said the part had to be picked up in Daytona and will be ready for next day. We explained him that we have 2 dogs over 100 lbs and see if he can get the part today. After a call, he said he can have the part same day in the afternoon and the cost was $1865 plus the credit card fee. We assumed he charged us this because of the same day pick up in Daytona. After waiting until almost 6pm, Jamal and Herbert came in and were very professional, but the part was not working. At that point, the same technician that came in the morning came back and after back and forth, we told him that since that morning we were offering a vendor that we know and work with them to pick up the part. We were very upset since this could have been solved since the morning but he wanted for some reason to get the part from a far away location, left us with not even a fan, took all the parts of my ac with him, left the inside of my outside unit full of nails and the lid where the cables are open. We found out by 2 different vendors that the part should not have been that expensive and his treatment with the customer was very unprofessional. At least the next day, Angel and Javier came in and were able to fix the issue and were very professional. I gave these people a second chance after a long battle to get a refund for my money for poor service 3 years ago. But I will no longer be using his services after the service this guy provided.

I had the Modulated blower motor replaced in my AC and according to a relative of mine who worked in this business for many years this motor didn't need to be replaced much less a charge of almost $1,500 for this job that wasn't needed, but if needed to be replaced it would still be on over charge of around $1,200. Also, they supposedly did a tune up which included to replace the filter, that I left an the floor next to where they were working, but they didn't replace it, I had to do it myself after they left. It is very frustrating and sad that people would be so dishonest, over charge for services and put it on paper. I would never use this company again or recommend them.

Knowledgeable and competent tech team. I was pleased the techs did an honest assessment and felt assured they serviced the system thoroughly, without trying to sell me additional unnecessary services. I will use them again.

I couldn't be happier with the amazing service I received from Angel and Javier today from ProMag Energy Group! My husband went to test the heater a couple days ago, since we seen the weather was going to drop significantly, and to our surprise it was blowing cold air. We called ProMag and Angel and Javier came out to our home and replaced all the old wiring and we are good as new. They were both super nice guys, extremely courteous and professional. They tested everything and showed me a few things I could check on my own if I ever run into this problem in the future. This is the place to call if you're looking for knowledgeable, fast and friendly service. I am forever grateful!

Angel and Javier from ProMag just completed a service call. They were terrific. Professional, friendly, efficient, informative, and went above and beyond by fixing my gate handle that was missing a screw! This company has consistently been wonderful in servicing my unit for many years now. I highly recommend them.

wants a $2800 to warranty replace a compressor that they sold me 4.5 years ago (6/11/2021).
BS to review response by the "owner": Nobody was at the house, nobody offered no discount. Unit was installed 4.5 years ago. You either sold me a crappy AC or installed it wrong. All the other words are just a blah blah. Small local company in the area is doing the warranty work for under a $1000. Don't get scammed by a big name.

here is the economics:
brand new compressor from Trane $950 ($100 to certified installer with warranty claim)
7lb of freon 410A $56
4 hrs of work including the driving and dealing with the warranty paperwork.
@$100/h that totals to under $600. so you want to get 460% profit. Shame on you sunshine.

If i do the work my self and buy all the tools and supplies necessary assuming i have absolutely nothing already and can't apply the warranty:
new compressor $950, freon $100, fuses $30
manifolds + reclaim pump and tank + vacuum pump $600,
total with taxes under $1800.
I can solder two copper couplings, 15 screws, 4 bolts and stick a plug into it.
Sill $1000 below your price buying all brand new equipment.
Do not go near by any church, you might burst in flames.
Shame on you for lying and scamming people.

Our ac air handler started to violently shake yesterday morning. On the recommendation of a friend I called ProMag. We were already planning to replace the system in the fall so I was hoping for a fix to get us through the next few months. To my surprise Fred was at my home in about an hour to assess the situation. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the fix wouldn't be worth the cost with us already planning on replacing the system in a few months and the part would take weeks to get. Living in Florida in August without ac wasn't an option. I asked Fred to give me a quote for the replacement. He came in less than what we were expecting. I consulted my husband and we decided to move forward. I was shocked when he said they could do the install that very day! I was sure we were going to have to set up our portable ac and live in the bedroom for a couple of days or even a week. Nope, two technicians, Kyle and Angel arrived at 11:55 am ready to work. They too were professional, polite, clean and very hard working. I felt so bad for them because it was so hot and they were soaked in sweat all day. I kept the ice cold bottle water coming to them. They never once complained and got the job done. At some point two other techs should up to lend a helping hand. I'm not sure how long they were here before the got called away to another job. It just showed that these guys are a team and left me with an even more positive opinion of this company. Kyle and Angel were here till almost 8 pm. Once up and running the house cooled rather quickly and I couldn't be happier. I'm going to use ProMag for our regular maintenance and I would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC work! Good job guys.

Very dissatisfied with my new air conditioner. It has water dripping from places it shouldn't be dripping the filter gets soaking wet mold has been growing on the outside of it the work to drip down the whole air conditioner unit so it looks a mess. Spray foam everywhere. And still waiting almost a year for inspection.

This is not a good company. My heater is not working and the technician has been in my house 3 times and the issue remains the same. They do not even answer my calls. Definitely bad service providers.
