Fred was very kind and informative.This part was only diagnosis though. The actual repair is what is going to cost over 1,000 but that will be done by others later.

We’ve been using Pro Mag for years to help keep our home cool. They’re always professional & were able to get us scheduled the same day. Today, Brandon came out to service our unit because it wasn’t blowing cold air. He was able to assess the unit and determine what was needed efficiently. I’ve been waiting to do my review for a little bit since we had our AC replaced. I’m very happy to say I can very much recommend this company. When we had initial problems with our old AC they came day of and ended up replacing our system the following day. We also had to make an adjustment recently and they came very quickly and helped us. I’m very very impressed with this company. I’m very happy we found them to use for our AC needs. Very much recommend and I’m very particular with customer service so that means a lot.

They were incredibly quick to come to our home when our a/c stopped working properly. Fred assessed the situation and made necessary repairs very quickly. He gave us all options whether to repair or replace; we chose the repair route. We would use ProMag again and would ask specifically for Fred again.

Nick came out to service my AC today and was very friendly and professional. He gave me some great recommendations on how to properly take care of my unit and on how to ensure quality air. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and completed a job well done.

Jeff is great! He has come out to my house a few times over the years and is pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable, and honest. They were quick to come out and fix the issue(s) which is what you need when it is 90+ degrees out. I highly recommend ProMag for your AC needs.

Update:
Since posting the original review, ProMag has tried to make it right. They came out the next day to replace the ductwork. Called a few days later to ensure the system was working properly and promised a service call. I called a couple of times and sent a message through the site but did not receive a phone call. Christy contacted me last week and let me know she did not receive any messages. She agreed to have someone out to check out the system. They did get out and currently all is well. I am updating rather than removing because I am still not fully satisfied with the customer service. It should not take a bad review to get someone out quickly. I am hoping that, if there is ever an issue, they will respond more quickly. For now, I appreciate that they have followed up to ensure the system is working properly. I will update again if this continues to be the case.

Initial post: My daughter and her wife purchased a new AC system for $14,400. It is still not working. They said there was water under the trailer and WE had to drain it. We called a restoration company who told us it was completely dry AND spoke to the manager of the company to relay this information. After a week of the house being 93-95 degrees daily with two pets and one occupant that works from home, they refused to come out and take care of it. They told us our brand new AC unit was frozen up and had to be turned off then turned back on and AGAIN no service. For $14,400 you would think you would get excellent service but it seems as if they are taking advantage of two young women who are willing to pay them but they are not willing to give the 24/7 service promised on a brand new AC.

My experience with Pro Mag Energy was a great one from start to finish. First, I worked with Fred who answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. He did not try to upsell me or try to push anything I didn’t truly need. He was able to get his team to do the install next day. Angel E, Javier and Angel Jr were a delight to work with. They went above and beyond to address my concerns and answered all my questions . Angel E even gave me tips on how to keep the AC running in its best condition. My old unit was absolutely gross from water damage and they made the new install look so beautiful. I love how it looks. Much thanks to these men. They work really hard and in this unbearable heat. I truly appreciate all that they did. I definitely will use Pro Mag in the future.

Justin came out to service my AC and was very thorough. I’ve been with this company for years and will continue to have this company service my AC for a reasonable price.
