Joe is awesome, he will call you personally and troubleshoot with a couple of simple steps before dispatch. Appointments have been made within 24 hours. Both techs were super nice, respectful and knowledgeable. I work in real estate and have confidently recommended them so many times. Feedback has always been stellar from our clients. Joe tried to help me over the phone to save a trip but unit still needed service so Cameron came right out and figured out the problem as well as another issue which he fixed on the spot. John went way out of his way when our old A/C blew a capacitor — twice. We decided not to schedule service and opted for a new system instead. We took John’s recommendation and three days later the new system is in AND because of its efficiency, we have to set the temp 3 degrees warmer than with the old system or it’s just too cold for us. Could not be happier with the knowledge and professionalism of John and the entire crew of Action Air of Florida.

I hired Joe in Service to repair my air conditioning and was without cool air for 15 days. They promised prompt service but could never give me a parts arrival date or repair timeframe. When I asked for an ETA, I was told the rest of the house still had air so there was no rush. After two weeks of waiting and zero communication, I lost confidence and had to find a new AC company. Do not trust this company if you need service in a reasonable amount of time.

Action air was great. I had a different company come in a few days before who tried to sell me a $10k new AC unit, mine is only 4 years old. Cameron from Action Air knew as soon as I said that company name that they offered a new unit rather than a fix. He went through a couple options, and my AC is working again so far!

We’ve been using Action Air’s annual maintenance service and for all of our A/C needs for the past two years and they are by far the most customer focused and kindest staff we have ever experienced. It’s a pleasure to work with them. The technician Cameron is friendly, respectful and professional. They take their time answering questions and doing a thorough job. We will not change to any other provider and wish we would’ve known of them sooner.

Joe and all the staff have always been so helpful and responsive. I’ve been in my home 31 years and they installed a new system twice for me over the past 25 years.

The annual service contract is the way to go.

I had my annual maintenance check done today by Cameron who was very efficient and communicative. He did a great job of checking both the air handler and the condenser and cleaned both.

I have used Action Air of Florida for more than 5 years. I’m on the semi-annual maintenance plan which I strongly recommend. They are super to work with! Professional, reasonable and reliable.

Absolutely top-notch service. My AC went out in the afternoon and Joe (one of the owners) helped me troubleshoot it over the phone. A couple of hours later, he personally drove the part to my house, and Cody (one of the service techs) arrived a few minutes later to install it. I had cold air within 30 minutes. Joe could have charged me the highest rate, but he did the opposite. It was much less than I expected. I cannot recommend this company enough. Great people who care about their customers. Thank you guys!

I just found my go to A/C provider, and hope this review will encourage anyone else who is looking for a provider they can trust! I was introduced to Action Air and manager Joe through the manufacturer of my unit, Carrier. From my initial call to the office explaining my issue, to service tech Cameron coming to perform the work, to manager Joe answering any and all questions I had, I could not recommend this place any higher! They replaced my faulty part next day. Thank you so much for all of your help!
