I called up this business to get a quote on some work that I am trying to do a cost analysis on. No work has been done and I have not received any quotes yet. I am providing a preliminary 5 star rating as what I have experienced so far is what I expected. The person who answered the phone did not know the answers, but she placed me on hold to find out the person who would know. John was not in the office at the moment, but will provide me a call back by end of day tomorrow. This is not a problem as I am not at the point when I need to make a decision. My situation is not due to being without service. This is a good sign for me because it is illustrating that they are spending their time on existing customers rather than trying to get new customers.
I will update or create a new review during the process. So far they have not given me any cause for concern.

We used Action Air to replace a air handler in a home I had just purchased. They did a great job and were affordable. Never fun making major home repairs before making that first mortgage payment.

We enrolled in their annual service contract. Last week had been our second inspection for the AC unit under this contract. They sent out one of their top technicians and he did a through job.

During our two weeks of winter, we had been using the heat in our home, which happened to be during his visit. Less than 4 days after his inspection and approval that our AC was in great condition... It stopped working.

Action air sent the same technician back out very quickly and is was quickly determined that a mistake had been made and our unit was without frion... It was an accident on the part of the technician. I was for sure that this company would try to find a reason that this was our fault or say something else was broken just to avoid ownership. However, it was the complete opposite. The technician called his boss and admired fault and the owner said we have to make this right.

They service over $600 in frion and two ours with of technician time to pressure test the frion lines all at their expense. I am thankful we decided to use a company with these values and we will continue to recommend them to our friends.

Had service tech at home to repair, said it was low on Freon, added some and ac worked ok. Less than 2 weeks, same issue, no cold air. Called to schedule service tech and the owner, John I believe was the rudest person I e ever spoken w on the phone. Argumentative and abrasive. Never been spoken to like that. He started complaining about some bill from 4 years ago and said it was late. Don’t know if his Rolodex is off but he certainly is. Will never use them again, never want to give that guy a nickel and I will tell everyone I know about my experience.

Their level of service is unmatched. Joe their service manager is a experienced man and straight shooter, and every field technician has represented themselves as exemplary.

On a hot July day when you AC goes out, you worry it might take days to get someone on site, and the unexpected expense adds more stress. I called one company, Action Air, who installed my unit over 15 years ago. They arrived the same day and have everything solved in under an hour. I anticipated a cost for parts, and was delighted that everything including the work, a service and patient technician explaining all was LESS than the part cost was as shown online. Very pleased and highly recommend this company!

I have had an annual contract with Action Air for 3 years now. They always call when they are on the way and show up on time. They also address my questions and concerns. Thankfully, I have not had any issues with my HVAC system. Hoping that with always be the case with Action Air's help!
