This company is more than a five star. I had the best experience. Very friendly and professional service. Tech was exactly on time and he knew right away why our ice maker wasn’t working. Fixed the problem very quick. Company followed up couple days later to see how my appt went and if ice maker was working properly. I know who to call if I ever have a problem again. I am very happy that I found this company.

Fast and friendly service. Needed a fan replaced on my fridge in a food trailer. They were able to arrive earlier than the appointment window. Communication was excellent.

We called and they were booked for a week but called back because they had a cancellation. They came out that day, found that it was the compressor and researched for a warranty. They ordered the part and was back in a few days when it came in. Very courteous and professional! I would definitely use them again.

Don’t waste your time with this company, they will send you incompetent people, not do a thing and still ask for the fee. Had to ask the guy several times to please run the washer over and over as he just wanted to leave. Didn’t even know the name of the parts. What a rip off

Tim tried to troubleshoot my washer repairs but there were two major problems; too expensive to repair on older machine. I appreciate all his efforts to help us and I would not hesitate to recommend your company.

My AC unit stopped working in the middle of June. Tech came out and repaired it. Unfortunately, it kept stopping. He came out and replaced another part . My AC unit was 20 years old and no matter how much they tried it just had to be replaced. I want to thank Fuse for giving me back my cool house. They're very good and have great pricing.

My washing machine stopped working. I made a same day appointment, the repairman was very pleasant but misdiagnosed the problem. We waited a week for the 2 parts, after the installation my washer still did not work. The same person came back and said the motor was gone. My Maytag washer is only three years old. I called another company, they came out repaired my washer the same day and I haven’t had a problem with the washer. To Fuse credit, they returned all my money expect the diagnostic fee. With all the trouble they should not had charged the fee. As standard practice in our home, we tipped the repairman prior to realizing the machine was still not working. Nice people work there, but our service was disappointing. Just saying…

Took the day off from work and called them this morning to confirm the 4 hour window for arrival but they cancelled the appointment. Don't waste your time go with a different company. No accountability.

We had very good service from FUSE. They were assigned to us through Choice Home Warranty. Thanks to Pete for being quick and efficient in diagnosis and Pete and Max on the install when the part arrived. Refrigerator/freezer.

I found this company on Google, called them said my washer was broke. I had a repair man here the next day. He worked so hard to get the washer worked. The job is complete and there is nothing bad to say about the company or my repair man. He cleaned up after himself, spent the time to make sure it was in working order. I highly recommend this company and my repair man . Excellent pricing. My picture shows the machine working again !!!

Worst tech ever, my appointment was between 4-6pm he got there at 6:00 he was not happy about the time but is not my fault that was the time assigned for me, he took like 11/2 to fix my fridge not my fault, he left my house with out even tell me the job was done I ran to the door to ask him if he was done and he just said mmm and left, he left the whole kitchen full of water the part laying everywhere the fridge in the middle of the kitchen garbage on the floor.
Very upset not professional at all I do not recommend this company stay way HORRIBLE, he didn’t even tell me is done, is fix nothing he just left HorribleHORRIBLE

Ziegler Air Conditioning has maintained our heat/air conditioner for 12 years. This year, we needed a new unit installed. His crew was engaging, knowledgeable, on time, professional and cleared the debris.

David the serviceman arrived on time. He diagnosed that the problem was the capacitor in about 15 minutes. David clearly explained the problem to me and that the part was covered under warranty. Once he replaced the capacitor I was good to go. I appreciate the honesty and quality of their service!

They just finished my install today. From start to finish in dealing with this company I can tell you they exuded professionalism, knowledge and extreme kindness. I gathered 7 quotes and they were the most reasonable, beating a family members friends quote by half. My attic space was too small and they had to enlarge it, at no additional cost to me. They found an old a/c vent to a room we a long time ago had in the garage. They closed that off for me. I just can't say enough good about them. Thank you Ziegler Air!
