Pro-Mag comes out every six months and does a great job maintaining my units. Scheduling is easy, cost is reasonable, and customer service is great. Brandon, my technician, has been great. Jeff has been great as well.

Carlos and Hector came and installed our new unit and are the nicest and hardest working people. They were at our home from 11:30-8:00 pm and did not take even one five minute break. To say they are hard workers is an understatement. They went above and beyond to make sure the new unit was installed correctly and made sure our thermostats and everything was working well before they left. They are thorough, helpful, and awesome. Also, our old AC Unit blew out and they came to replace it just two hours later on the same day. I don’t know many companies with that level of service- but a company is made by great employees and these two guys are the best people you could ever want.

We have had several issues repaired and a new AC installed by Pro-Mag recently. Brandon has been our technician on some of the jobs and has been thorough and professional.

Jeff is my favorite tech always honest and truthful thank u for good service. Jeff is very thorough and does a great job. I always request him because I know that he is going to be fair and honest and help me get the best deal that I can if I do need work done on my AC. I have a service contract with Promag And probably would drop it if Jeff were not available. I look forward to working with him for years to come. He’s the best!

Once again so Amazing! Bre, at the office is so sweet and extremely helpful. And patient. Today they sent Brian to install the parts that were ordered yesterday. Once again, so nice and informative. Showed us what he was doing and what we needed to look for. overall a really nice person. I am so very grateful to have had them service our system. Good people.

Frank was on time for his appointment. Within 40 minutes he had completed the checkout and reviewed his findings. He also reprogrammed our thermostat to meet our specifications. I like him. He was very personable.

Brandon did a great job diagnosing the problem, and Tim was fast, experienced, and personable. Sucks that my AC was broken but it was fixed pretty rapidly without much trouble. If I ever have AC troubles again would definitely call you guys

ROUGH START but a SUCCESSFUL ENDING! I'm not sure what happened to the level of customer since from the dispatch team since the last time using this company [2015] but it is far lacking the communication once rec'd. I went from having a minor leak, getting the entire line replace at a cost of several thousand dollars, only to have a MAJOR a/c problem. Worst of all, no follow-up from the company, and no after hours service on Friday.

@Office Personnel - there will always be angry customers but its how you handle it that makes you shine as a star. For instance, instead of me calling you numerous times call me with an update on your technicians ETA. FYI - There's apps that does it for you instantly.

@Technicians - the 4 STARS is because of the technicians and Tara. Empathy goes along way when dealing with a frustrated customer. These guys [both teams, Tido and Robert / Juan and Raul] but their humps in correcting the problem with eagerness and a smile. I'm very appreciative of them.

@JD - your field techs are working hard at making your company look good. If would be nice if your office personnel upgrade their communication skills or tweak their effectiveness with being proactive. I GUARANTEE you will see more business with more positive reviews - ijs!
