Excellent place

Helped me out to see if they had what I was looking for. They didn’t have the parts but still were helpful & nice.

Terrible service, better off driving to sanford and back to orlando than sitting here for an hour. Lacking in customer service greatly.

Worst place ever literally guys doing nothing far as helping get material workers standing joking when there is orders going out never ever have seen a supply warehouse this bad.

Always enjoy coming in here to get my parts. Very friendly staff who are willing to help you get what you need.

Fast and courteous. Had 15 companies waiting for stuff and got equipment out fast and precisely.

Called ahead for a part covered by warranty. No problem, Lisa says, we'll have it ready for you at Will-Call. Silly me, I believed her. I drove almost an hour from Tavares only to wait for nearly 50 minutes for a part. The guy working the desk was good but he was swamped...he did his best to keep everyone satisfied but he needed some help. It wasn't that the extra time was due to being a warranty part - the guy was simply in the weeds. It was an irritant to see other employees (thru the window) standing around. Grrr. If I had known it was a $17 part, I would have gladly paid cash and went on my way...

I went here to buy a return register with a built-in filter rack for a residential air handler. They refuse to sell to me! I don't currently work for an HVAC company, but I have worked for three companies as a sheet metal mechanic and foreman doing large commercial jobs. They're creating a monopoly, screwing the public!

This is the worst Johnstone.They never wanna do anything for you.Definitely recommend going to Sanford.They're the best and always willing to help.

Came here to stock up my trucks and ended up leaving. Waited my turn in line now it's my turn to be helped. asking for pricing Rina getting annoyed. How about that for customer service. She ends up helping someone else while helping me .this is bull.
I was about to stock supplies for my trucks but changed my mind.
Just left. Guess you have to be a favorite customer. Oh well they're other suppliers.

This place is just a big pain to buy anything. All other supply companies anyone can buy things but this place you have to work for a repair co to buy but I'm independent now. I bought here for 20 but never again.

I use this facility for business on my employer's behalf and always get awesome, outstanding service from Joan Gonzalez ( I hope I got her name correct) she's the epitome of customer service. She provides service with a smile, even through out stressful situations, she's extremely helpful, humble and friendly. 5 star all the way!!!

Spacious, clean, well staffed, no waiting. Carries just about everything you need. Staff friendly and courteous. Jose was knowledgeable, informative, friendly and a great attitude.

Won’t sell a ball valve to regular people

These folks are the best! It's a very helpful place for HVAC contractors specializing in Goodman or Mitsubishi Ductless Mini Split.

I left a review last month but always go by the rule if someone is going above and beyond what the norm is we can’t just tell them one time. Well Ms Rina @ the counter is well above the beyond. Again her customer service and time she takes to help me is crazy good. I couldn’t be happier with how she treats me and my guys and honestly she’s a huge part of why I chose Johnstones as our main supply house. If your her boss reading this, give that lady a raise. She deserves it:):):) thanks Rina and know we see your hard work and we thank you for it.

Have to give a shout out to Rina and the whole Orlando branch. The customer service at this branch is crazy good. Rina is a super star and she’s got my business for good. I’m a new contractor and decided to go with Johnston because of the customer service and the way I’m treated there. Thank you Rina for all you do and making me feel like I found my home for all my hvac.

Jeren is a young, small business owner who has steadily built a loyal following by providing price points that the high overhead companies cannot provide. Yet, he can do everything the big boys do. I found him through a personal reference and so far all has been excellent.

The initial review of my scope of work went well. Jeren is great. He was on time and ready to go. He knows his stuff and I look forward to engaging for next steps. I will expand on this review as applicable
