Service was excellent from the very beginning and all the way through the install. They were able to come out to diagnose quickly, patiently explained all of our options (after taking a good amount of time to run every test imaginable) and answered all of our questions. We decided to get a new system installed (instead of fix our 12+ year old one) and they were able to schedule the install for the next day. Install took about 6 hours and then they came and walked us through everything and how to work it. Overall best experience I've had with an AC repair yet (and we've had a lot in the past few years with our old system) - will definitely be working with them again!

Update: I called Friday for an issue and they came out Monday as stated and were on time. Found the issue promptly and resolved it. I’m very happy with this company. Marcelo was great! Thank you

I had an entire system replaced by Jerren and Marcelo. They are very informative, considerate, respectful in both my unit and the neighbors unit while working. Made sure everything is on point and solid. Made this install/ repair easier to go through. Great job. Happy customer!

I called on Saturday morning not expecting someone to stop by as my upstairs AC unit failed during the night. To my surprise a technician, Kevin, showed up on Saturday afternoon and got my system going even though some parts needed to be replaced. Good news for me the system was still under warranty. He said their office would call on Monday, which they did, Alyssa was very helpful. She put me on the schedule to have those parts replaced and Kevin came back to finish the job. I am extremely happy with the work and communication. Great people with good values. I definitely recommend Webster and will call again.

An exceptional company to do business with. Webster's AC wrote the book on what great service should be like. Kevin the service technician was on time, friendly, and extremely knowledgable. Kevin had me back up and running with minimal cost. The service does not stop there, the ladies in the office "Laura & Tricia" went above and beyond answering all my questions when it came to repairing my AC unit and possibly having to buy a new unit, which I did not have to do. Thank you Webster AC, I will definitely tell others about how great your company is to work with.

We love Webster air-conditioning! We have been customers since 1998! Not only are they efficient in coming out to check our air conditioning, they are so honest and don’t rip us off. Every single one of their engineers that have come to our home all these years have been the kindest and efficient help. And because it’s been years now, I feel like they are family to me when I call. Thank goodness I don’t need to call often because they do such a good job! They installed our new air conditioner 16 years ago and it is still purring like a kitten, with a few tweaks here and there. I wouldn’t go anywhere else at all for air-conditioning! And I tell everybody to use Webster air-conditioning! It’s family run, with really good people that care about what they do and who they serve.
