Jon was excellent! He was on time and very knowledgeable. He explained everything and took his time diagnosing the problem. Great job!!

Your tech took the time and drive from Hains City and I appreciated that. Nevertheless, he concluded that the mother board was damaged.
He verbally quoted me $3000 then quoted me $15,000 for a new system.
To add insult to injury, he said that he was saving me from spending $400 to drain the plugged drain for nothing.
I was forced to call someone else because I did not trust his judgment!
I ended up spending $270 to have someone else come and drain it. It would have been only $90 if it was not after hours!
Your company may be a great company, but you need better techs to give you the reviews that truly reflect your abilities!
So the saying “you’re as good as your help is” holds true 🙏

Everything went fine except for the miscommunication between all parties. I had no funds until my social security came in. I ended up giving one check for 300 another for 315 to cash after the first of the month. The first check was taken out of my bank instantly. Then another guy came back to install the part. I told him the arrangement I made with first guy. He said he had to speak to his boss. I could hear both conversations. His boss said something to the fact to just leave after he told me the price will be 315 and he had to collect. I feel that the price was 315 not 615 that I paid. So he needed to leave. I felt scammed at this point but I am ederly and live in a tin box mobile with 95+ reading and I felt like I was dying along with my pets after waiting 2+ days. At that point I was desperate.I assume you want be posting this. Cathy Fisher

I had my air conditioner, installed one year ago, which is very difficult since they sent people from Tampa instead of locally they arrived at the house at 6 PM and didn’t finish till well after midnight. I waited all day for them to show up with a promise. They would be here between 11 and one. Ayear later My air conditioner quit working. I called them on a Monday morning when it had not worked all day Sunday. They told me that they would get me on the schedule and somebody would call me within 24 hours to tell me when they would be here. I think called on Tuesday when I had not heard from them and they told me I was on the schedule and somebody would be calling me with the timeframe in which they would arrive. At the end of the day I called to find out what happened? They told me they couldn’t get anybody to me until Thursday between one and three. I called Thursday at 2 o’clock. They told me that someone would be there at 5 o’clock. This is a unit that’s a year old And I have gone four days without Air conditioning with their inability to service me or to hire an outside source in order to accommodate me. I paid way too much for this air-conditioning for it to need this kind of service or lack of service in just one year. I give these people no stars please do not use them. If you do not live in the Tampa area they don’t seem to be able to service anybody else.

Corey & John were awesome! The entire process was amazing! They were able to come out even though it was late, stayed to get everything situated, and made sure that my ac would be fixed ASAP!!

John was very friendly and very professional. He was extremely knowledgeable about air conditioners and assured me that l would receive 1st class service from his company.

Do not trust this company they are the real crooks I had them out today. They tried to sell me everything a fan motor that I did not need for $2800 new AC unit for $15,884. John stated we don’t have a motor for it? That was game my son called a different company they fixed the problem for $374 and said the job was simple. And Services.com ( Run) stay away from them

Matt Russell was polite, thorough and did a great job. Think I emailed this also. That was a glitch..probably on my part. He kept me updated and was a pleasure to talk with. I won't b using any other plumbing company in the future. Matt was impressive.

Made an appointment for service last Thursday for Monday between Noon and 2 pm. At 10 am on Monday they informed me they don't service the area and canceled the appointment.

So glad I found this company. My new go to AC place for sure. John was fantastic. Knowledgeable, quick, friendly and went above and beyond even after hours in a weekend. 5 stars.

Cory and his partner John were totally awesome and honest. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The honesty and great customer service speak volumes about this company.

John, the technician was very knowledgeable, explained how the system works and what parts did what. He even gave me some advice on getting a whole house surge protection which a will consider getting.

John deserves 20 stars! My wife and I were just about to leave the house when we noticed that There was a leak in the ceiling of our garage. I right away knew what it was. The pan was filling up in the air conditioning system, which holds about 19 gallons. Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock. I called And Services. Thinking omg they probably won't come till Monday. Well John showed up by 4 o'clock in the pouring rain. From the moment he showed up I was so impressed how within an hour the AC was fixed. John thank you so much. You are an asset to And Services.

John came to our home after our thermostat suddenly stopped working. We were concerned it would be a big, costly repair of the AC. Thankfully we just needed a clean-out of the drain, which John did and explained thoroughly. Signed up for an annual maintenance plan, no pressure to pay for anything we didn’t need! Excellent customer service. Corey and John were very knowledgeable, have great active listening skills. Appreciated the time,energy,and breaking down of how the system works. I also like the simplicity of having the ability to have one company that handles all areas of HVAC including routine maintenance

John was awesome. He new what the problem was right away and fixed it. He was very likeable. Great personality. Even though it was late, he still came out and fixed our AC instead of waiting till the next day. We would give him 10 stars if yall allowed it.

I would definitely recommend AND A/C Services. John Richie was very knowledgeable and made sure our system was tuned up and ready for summer. He took his time cleaning the outside coils, checking everything, and explaining anything I had any questions about. The UV light inside the indoor unit was burned out so John ended up replacing it, and explaining how it prevents the damp smell and prevents germs and growth from damaging the indoor coils. Now the AC is working great! Thanks!
