Sensational service from Mike, who fixed my air conditioner, which had a short circuit! This is the second time I've called them for service; the first time was for cleaning, and now they've surprised me again! I only trust them for repairs in my home!

That store and the owner was the worst experience I've had in a shop. It completely ruined my St Petersburg experience that day. I was also embarrassed since my friends had never been down to the stores on Central Ave and I invited them. NEVER again.

I've been on twice and both times the person behind the counter has not seemed very nice...rather its almost as if she is looking down her nose at me as if I am about to rob her or something. I will not go back...there are nicer shops in town...and nicer people, too.

My favorite antique shop! It was also one of my Great Grandmother’s favorites and the owner still remembers her. I am so thankful for my dining room table I found there. So many pretty statement pieces.

This woman is a thief! I purchased an MCM lamp for $575 that was attached to the wall. The owner said she couldn’t take it down at the time and she would call me after the holidays to pick it up. She never called and it took me months to get a hold of her and when I finally spoke to her again, she was retched in her tone and yelled that her shop wasn’t a storage unit and said she resold the lamp! She refused to give me a refund or credit. I will be treating her response accordingly through the my employer, a business litigation law firm. Do not support a business who steals from their customers.

I would avoid this shop. Or at least check out Target first. A woman sold my teenage daughters a globe for thirty dollars telling them “it’s unique because of the size and color “. They used their own money to get it for me as a gift. Today, I saw the exact globe at Target for 14.99. This shop takes advantage of kids trying to do a nice thing for their mom. My daughters saw it too and have a different perspective on the character of some people . Shameful.

Mr Castro was extremely professional and amazingly knowledgeable technician. I highly recommend him to anyone having issues to be resolved with their air condition. He also taught me a life lesson on how to fish. I am definitely going to look into signing up with the AND pre maintenance program in the near future.

Customer service from the tech was great… however, the ad is very misleading. It says $0 service call but yet, we were charged $183 service agreement PLUS repair. Spent over $400 to unclog a pipe. (Price was provided after the repair was completed). Again, great customer service but I doubt I will use this company again.
