I am a frequent visitor to Volusia County, now moving my healthcare consulting business here and recently purchased a home in Port Orange. Before selecting a HVAC company, I did my homework researched recommendations in Consumer Reports and talked with a good friend in New England in the HVAC industry. I called a three local companies with high ratings by the local Better Business Bureau.
When I called Ferran they connected me to the plumbing supervisor. Darwin was knowledgeable and cogent in providing information that helped me select the best A.O. Smith and American Standard hot water tank replacement product for my home. I was looking for the the highest performance over the longest durations. I also wanted a product that came with a ten year warrantee. This required an anode upgrade. I selected a residential A.O. Smith product. We had a few conversations regarding anode upgrades and to set up the installation. When Darwin was busy, he returned my calls in short order. He took the time to explain my best options. Darwin is a great asset to and outstanding representative for Ferran.
In advance of the scheduled installation, I received timely text messages from Ferran confirming the appointment and then the expected arrival time.
On installation day, I was very impressed with Steve, the Ferran master plumber sent to replace my 50 gallon hot water tank. Ferran invested in providing Steve with the latest high tech equipment, including a.$5000 pipe joint compression/crimping tool. That made Steve’s work flow more efficient, avoided the fire risks of using a blow torch to melt the solder and turned out a bright clean looking final product. Two new toilets were also installed properly with no mess to clean up. Just looking at the new hot water tank connection pipes screams this is what quality work looks like.
The great experience with your plumbing team is why I called Ferran to schedule an electrical installation to tie in a electric automobile charger (Tesla) to my main electrical panel. I received the same great service in scheduling (Toni) and texting me to confirm date, time and expected arrival time.
The master electrician, Jon, arrived on time. Jon was knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently, like he had done it a thousand times before. He efficiently ran the wire bundle down the inside of the wall and installed the unit securely to the sheetrock garage wall. Rather than use the wall screws that came with the Tesla kit, Jon elected to use toggle supported screws that made the wall installation more secure and long lasting; a welcomed upgrade. Jon took the time and effort to provide me with top tier quality workmanship. I felt like Jon treated my project like he was doing the installation for his family, only the best.
Being new to the area and asking around for suggestions, I heard it was difficult finding quality trade workers around here. If I hear those comments again and they want HVAC/plumbing or electrical quality work, I will tell them to call Ferran. I certainly will. Thank you!!

We recently had two jobs completed by Ferran. The first was duct repair and insulation in our attic. After I called, someone was out the next day. He was very friendly and informative. The duct repair was a must-do as we were losing our cold air. The rep was not pushing the insulation but said it would also help and that our current insulation was not in great shape. We went with both and the job was scheduled in short order. The team came out and they worked straight through the 3+ hours they were at our house. They were friendly, shared photos of the completed work, and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards.

Unfortunately, that job did not initially help the air conditioner productivity. So I called Ferran and asked to have someone look at our A/C unit. A technician (Melvin) came out the same day (!) and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. It was a separate issue with our unit and we are still very pleased about having the first jobs done. At the conclusion of the A/C repair, the technician told me about the company's regular service that would reduce the cost of the visit and the replacement part needed. So we signed up and look forward to continuing the relationship with a company that earned our trust for their response time, quality of service, honesty, and value.

Ferran did a fantastic job replacing our water heater. The technician was wonderful—professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I'm so happy with the service and would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Ben Parrilla. That’s all I need to say. We had Del Air come check our house (new construction barely over a year old) due to the AC malfunctioning out of nowhere and being 92 degrees. Ben came after them after they tried to scam me with a new unit or a ridiculous price for things that apparently weren’t even the problem. Ben found the issue within 15 minutes and fixed it. So thankful for him and Ferran for having competent, serviceable, reliable, and friendly techs. Saved us THOUSANDS for a scam for just the regular diagnostic fee and an hour of labor. Would’ve bought him multiple rounds at the bar and then some with how awesome and efficient he was. Thank you Ferran and give Ben a raise or something Jesus because you can’t lose guys (or ladies) like him

My husband and I recently began using Ferran Services and we have found the company to be everything they promised--which is amazing. That is so rare.
Sunday morning, we noticed the AC wasn't cooling properly and it wasn't shutting off. We were under a heat alert, so the thought of no AC on the weekend was terrifying. But, we called the service department to get the process of getting a tech out here on a Sunday and the system worked!
They sent Paul, a very competent young man who had our system up and running in a few hours. We love knowing that we have an AC repair company that we can rely on--everyday of the week.

We had the hot water heater quoted, installed, and signed off in 3 business days, that to me is above and beyond any expectations and 100% impressive for a plumbing job, I would recommend everyone to this company! For several years we have participated in Ferran's routine maintenance program for our HVAC, and have been very pleased.

I wanted to leave another heads up for today's technician Javier Prieto. He is the best so far and we have been very pleased with each of our previous experiences. Very professional, excellent communicator of the entire process and alerted me to a future maintenance issue to be handled by the next visit from Ferran. No panic, no pressure, no sales, just a flag for the next visit.

My son steered me to this maintenance program and we are both very pleased with sleepy easy and not worrying about our AC. And if you are assigned Javier, buy a lottery ticket, it's your lucky day.

My water heater was not operating at 100%, leaving me sometimes with a cold shower. The tech from Ferran, Andre said two of the elements were burnt-out. He fixed the problem and I am again enjoying my nice hot showers all the time. He was so pleasant and professional and knew right away was wrong. I had a pipe leak associated with my tankless water heater. Discussed issue with manager Jesse with prompt responses and clear plan of action. He was very helpful explaining our options and answered our questions accordingly. Worked with Eddie the next day who changed out our pipes in an efficient and timely manner and minimized the amount of cement wall repair required for the job. The team at Ferran has been a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.
