* The price they quoted dosen’t add up. * They initially quoted $ 120 an hour. They send two people to do a one-person job, increasing the hourly rate $ 218. * They didn’t finish the job the first day. They only asked for that day’s payment. And after paying, they rescheduled for a week later. * They left the job unfinished.

Our AC/Heat wouldn't turn on. I went through all the obvious things to check and they were good. Called Ferran as I've used them before and was pleased with their service. They sent out Erik Benitez and I'm so glad they did! He quickly identified some problems and he provided me with options and the cost of each. He answered all my questions clearly. It's all about trust in my book and I trust Ferran. I'd recommend this group to my friends in a heartbeat. Side note, my neighbor went with a different company to replace their entire AC system and it was a disaster. During the last day that Erik was finishing at our house, my neighbor had this other AC company at his house for the 5th time to replace a large amount of their new AC which wasn't installed properly. I'll always recommend Ferran and if I ever have issues in the future I'm calling Ferran

We always call Ferran when we need work on our AC, plumbing, and electrical. Our last job involved a complicated electrical fix, and Kevin was so amazing. He consulted with us at every step along the way. He was so knowledgeable and competent - really an amazing electrician.

Most helpful response, dialogue, solution finding and ultimate field effort (which resulted in a solid fix, with significant cost savings) was very much appreciated! David Bordelon wowed me! Big time. Ferran was the 5th HVAC company to visit our home, and David was the 5th salesperson. He is far and away superior to anyone else. His demeanor, presentation, professionalism, and knowledge had me sign the contract on the spot, in our garage, next to the original 33-year old Carrier unit Ferran replaced. Then there's the install crew on October 3, 2025. OMGosh! We got lucky and had two crews here for whatever scheduling reason. Pedro, Frank, Omar, Jose, and brand new Ferran employee Christian. It felt like we had ht the Ferran lottery. Office staff: Kristen, and a few others i can't recall. Everyone was everything i hoped for in starting our new long-term relationship with you (Ferran). So grateful for all of it.

We had no hot water. The technician Ferran sent was tremendous! His name was Steve Jr. He worked so hard. Determined that we would have hot water before he left. And we did!! He was polite and courteous. Thank you, Ferran, for sending your BEST!!

I have used Ferran for plumbing & electrical needs for over 25 years. They always do great work! Their service personnel are professional, experienced and polite. I recently had an issue with a toilet. We tried another plumbing service who told me I needed to replace the toilet. I called Ferran. And Wesley came out. Everyone I have dealt with from this company have been outstanding to deal with. Kemper Burnett my new heat pump system sales person was very professional and knowledgeable. The installation team did a terrific job. The office staff is always very efficient and a pleasure to contact. I'm 80 and have dealt with multiple contractors over the years. Only a couple stand out as doing an outstanding job and Ferran is at the top of the list. Thanks for a job well done!

Ferran always delivers amazing quality service! That’s why I have continued to use them for all my electrical needs. Darien was the technician who came to my home and was very thorough with the installation of my two new Hunter ceiling fans with overhead lights and my new motion sensor light above my garage. While up in my attic to run a new wire for a new switch in the garage, he discovered a hazardous situation with an electrical wire and removed it entirely. Thank you Darien! Everything is working perfectly and I hope to have you return to my home for my next electrical project.

Used Ferran to have a hybrid water heater installed before the expiration of the home improvement credit. Wesley installed the unit expertly, making sure to detail the capabilities of the unit and how to take full advantage of the new technologies the unit offers. He does very good work and Ferran offers very competitive prices for their services. Certainly have only good things to say since the Rheem unit has been working like a charm since the November install. I would definitely recommend Ferran to anyone looking to have some quality plumbing, or HVAC work done to their home.

Wow these guys were AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! André, Hebert, and Joǎo did our system, and they are the best we’ve seen in a very long time. They even swept and cleaned up the screws and other loose items that naturally fall everywhere during a job. They replaced our AC, cleaned the ducts, and left things in such a better condition than what we had with the old system. They vacuumed the inside floors as well afterward to clean up the mess from the duct cleaning. They even installed a surge protector. Our main point of contact called us ahead of time and explained everything to us. They are all excellent communicators even through the translator app. They are extremely thorough and did very high quality work. When other contractors seem increasingly unreliable and low quality, these guys set the example of both customer service and pride in their trade. I can’t recommend these guys enough. I got lucky being assigned Fast Service by Sam’s club for my AC replacement. Rodrigo came out to do the inspection and was my primary point of contact. He understood the urgency of having a new unit installed as my old unit had totally failed and I have a toddler who needs heating. Rodrigo worked to accelerate everything with Sam’s even with Christmas in the middle and got my new unit installed asap. He advocated for me with Sam’s to get the right unit for the home despite their suggestions. The crew was incredible, did very neat work, cleaned up absolutely everything, and left a great impression. I would not hesitate to use them and will be referring my clients to them when HVAC work is needed.
