Lack of commitment to the customer, I arrived at 4:55 and the store was already closed. May 22 2025.

We came here several times to get parts. Some of the techs are knowledgeable & help narrow down where to troubleshoot the problem. Prices are higher than online but when your house is 90 degrees you will gladly pay for that capacitor.

Bruce exceeded our expectations. The service was prompt, the attitude was excellent, and the quality of work was outstanding. Finding technicians of such reliability is quite challenging.

We have a quarterly maintenance agreement with Greens for our business. The service is always great, but Maxim provided service that was above and beyond. He not only performed the maintenance is a timely and efficient manner, but made sure that we had no other concerns or issues. Excellent job!

I started using Greens ~4 years ago when we bought our current house. They’ve been excellent! Every tech has always been on time, professional, detailed and transparent. Never an up-sell and never any pressure. They do great work as well. Have had 2 different repairs along with regular (twice per year) maintenance. I buy their ‘comfort club’ service plan and it is actually worth it. They are also proactive about it - e.g. they reach out to me to make sure I’m getting what I pay for. These guys are a rare gem - highly recommended!

Our family has been customers of Greens Energy Services since March 2023. During this time, this company has been professional and exceptionally proficient in the maintenance of our home's AC. Not only are their AC service technicians great, but the employees you talk to when you call to schedule are also nice and professional. A special thank you to Max for recently diagnosing our AC's problem, for the Parts Manager for locating the replacement part so quickly, for Aaron completing the repair work and keeping our AC running GREAT, and for Kiara on the call line, available for any questions I had during the work. Tom S. came by today to fix our unit. He also took the time to explain and show me why a UV light was a good idea. He showed me all the testing he was completing on my unit for a service contract. He was a very nice and knowledgeable person who took the time to show me where the problem areas were and how they could be remedied. I was also grateful for being able to ask questions of him. Excellent service. I have been a customer for over 6 yrs and find that the technicians are knowledgeable and efficient. They always keep me informed on the details of the service and never mind when I ask additional questions. The few times I’ve needed service outside of my basic maintenance, the scheduling team has been quick to respond and accommodate my schedule as best as possible.

At the behest of our landlord, Tyler from Greens Energy Services was dispatched to our home. A positive experience ensued. From the service rep to the attending tech, all were extremely professional, polite, proficient and adroit. I am impressed at the quality of service provided. Although, it was a pleasure to deal with the service coordinator over the phone, the real star was Tyler. Tyler is an outstanding technician. He arrived on-site and sprung into action. Before we knew it, he had diagnosed, repaired and completed a biannual service on our HVAC system. Well played, that. 5 stars, highly suggest, will use again!

AC failed in the first Florida heat, called Greens Energy, they sent a technician, Scott, very quickly. Service was thorough and efficient. Thank you for being customer service oriented.

Excellent response to service call for down Heat Pump. HVAC system diagnosis revealed a leak in the air handler’s evaporator coil. GES service agent was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in determining next steps to take with estimates for repair vs. equipment replacement.

Green's is a truly top notch PROFESSIONAL company; over the last few years we have used them for both service and new installation/ replacement. They are the best AC company I have used in the last 40+ years. A real person answers the phone, appointments are set quickly, technicians call ahead and make their appointment time, they KNOW their business and quickly identify the problem. They are honest and advise me truthfully on what really needs to be done. When our new unit had cosmetic damage they ordered replacement panel and replaced it quickly with nothing but politeness and followed through once they received parts without my ever having to call. They returned several weeks after installation of our new unit to ensure everything was working properly and fully charged. This is the kind of company we all need more of.

Green’s responded quickly to my call for emergency service when my AC just quit working on a hot August night!!! They were able to schedule someone to come out the next morning! Phillip was a blessing! He not only resolved the problems but gave me options to save me money long-term. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I have used Green’s for years and will continue to do so because you can count on their professional service!

Greens has provided us with excellent Air/Conditioning service for many years.

We recently used Greens Energy to replace our aging Carrier system. We received multiple quotes with several local companies and in the end, decided on Greens. They were not the most expensive nor where they the least expensive, but we felt they seemed the most knowledgeable and felt that they would do a good job. That's an understatement, they did a fantastic job. The installers were professional, all workers of Greens and not sub-contracted, and even took the time to go above and beyond by folding the dirty towels my wife had placed down where they were working.

We ended up with an Amana 4 ton slim system with the UV light and couldn't be happier. It's been almost 3 months now and the system works fantastic. Holds the temperature in our home better than the Carrier and has a fantastic warranty if we need it. The interface is fantastic and works really well with Alexa.

Post install they have been wonderful. They came out for a post install inspection themselves and were great at getting the county out to do the permit inspections.

I highly recommend Greens for any HVAC issues and will be using them in the future.
