FIVE STARS for Brian of Greens Energy HVAC. We have been using the company for over 20 years: installing new units, maintenance inspections and repairs. Very professional office staff. Prompt. Highly recommend!!!

We recently had a variable Amana unit installed. The installers were thorough and professional. We did have a minor issue after install but Greens responded and resolved quickly. It was a minor issue and Chad the Tech identified the issue confidently and resolved quickly. I’ve had bad experiences with previous AC companies and Greens is the first company in a long time where everyone I’ve interacted with is nice and professional. They really take care of their customers. We were really pleased with the install, price, and service. Their customer service is great too. Greens also sent us a great maintenance plan that we’ll start 1 year after install. Highly recommend if you need a new AC!

Max was our tech today, and arrived at the beginning of our scheduled appointment window, which was good because he found a couple of issues that needed fixed. The thermostat wasn't working properly, and the blower motor had failed. Fortunately he had both items on the truck and was able to fix it immediately. Max is very polite and personable and definitely knows what he's doing! He had everything replaced and back up and running and did the complete service in about 3 hours.
I would recommend him to anyone! Now everything is good to go for the holidays, and the houseful of visitors that are coming...

We went to Greens after our previous company of over a decade ripped us off by not honoring our service plan then tried to charge us to come out. Not only did Greens have a much better price, but they also have way better technicians who are always friendly and take the time to explain things to you including little tricks to use in between services. I would highly recommend this company.

Had a complete AC system installed. Rob Austin in Sales was very knowledgeable and helpful, of the three vendors I had out for bids, he was the only one to point out an issue with my duct work in the attic. The installation team was very professional and efficient. In the past, their service teams were always on time and effective. Would definitely recommend them.

Scott Bernard has been our preferred service tech for many years. We always request that he provides our service and repair work, as he is knowledgeable, and responsive to our questions. We appreciate his excellence.

Greens came out to replace and update my very old AC system. Out of all the estimates I had done, not only was Greens the most comprehensive plan, but Robbie the estimator was great. He took the time to review my existing duct work and was able to figure out the best way to replace everything. The installers were great as well and so happy I went with Greens Energy. I plan on using them in the future for any HVAC needs.

Aaron was absolutely amazing!!! Extremely personable, informative and obviously cars about what he does and his customers!!! I will be sharing you business info with the neighbors for sure. A+++++++++++++++

Max serviced my unit and replaced a small part. He was professional and friendly. He explained the part issue and cost. I have used Greens for 14 years and feel I can trust them if I have an issue with my unit.

I left a message after hours and they responded within 10 minutes. Got me scheduled for the next day. Very nice customer service and the technician Aaron was very knowledgeable, polite, and informative. Explained what was happening with my system so that I understood. Took his time and didn’t rush. 100 star service for sure!

David did a great job of handling additional challenging issues following the installation of our new system. After two days of installation the installers encountered a situation with a problem drain. David arrived, identified the problem and fixed it. He was great. I suspect that if he had been present for the whole installation, the job would have been done in 2 rather than 3 days.

Do not recommend at all!!!

I hired them to come service my AC unit every 6 months (cleaning, regular routine). Come to find out my inside unit was filled with gelatin build up and the inside of the house air vent box filled with mold. The manager tried to tell me that is build up from only 6 months. Which it’s hard to believe, having other experts inform me that it’s been build up for years.

None of the tech cared to tell me or even checked.

Called the manager to complain, he was the rudest and most incompetent with customer service. Instead of listening to the issue and de-escalating, he just kept telling me I’m wrong and I don’t know what I am talking about.

Please spend your money elsewhere. Trash service.

We found water in the hallway and suspected there was a backup in the drain line. A tech was dispatched quickly and he was very efficient in resolving our issue. He explained what had happened and how we could prevent it from happening again. He noticed the age of our unit and shared they have an Estimator who could check out our system when we were ready. No high pressure pitch just sharing information about maintenance because he cared about our family being comfortable in the heat. Would 100% recommend.

I recently had an HVAC installed by Greens Energy Service on 4/5/24. The agent Russel Lee show me the different quote proposals, I choice the Bryant Heat Pump and Bryant Air Handler. Two days after installation I noticed the Air Handler says "Payne." Monday I email Greens Energy than two days later Mr. Green returned my call. He tried to convince me how great a Payne was. I reminded him that is not what I wanted nor what I Paid Him For In Full! He said if I only wanted the name "Bryant" label on my unit he could have the guys put a Bryant label on it, that it was an easy change. I informed him I had contacted Bryant Manufacture and they explained all were from "Carrier," Carrier the most expensive, than Bryant and Payne being the least economical, though if I purchased a Bryant than a Bryant should have been deliver to me! Mr. Green apologized, tried to blame his technicians, I responded, " Let's not do that, they work hard and work with what they are given. He than said he'd contact the manufactures to see how this happen an would call me back as he wanted to do right and keep me as a customer. Since that conversation Mr. Green has avoided my emails and my calls.

Another issue I had was on service day an air filter would be placed on the outside instead of the unit. The techs explain they would not be able to, so I told them that needs to be deducted from the prior pricing. The sales agent was call and he responded take out $100. I contacted the sales agent and he told me how he could only take that much out, that he didn't have the means to know how much each item would have cost. I am sure someone had to have this itemized in the office or how did they come up with $9,786!

I would have love to continue using this company because the techs and ladies at the office have been very kind and professional. My quarrel is not with them. If Greens Energy Service ratings go down it is on Mr. Green and those like him quick to take the money and not care about consumers. I was priced a Bryant and than a mix match was made that cost less, not what I was quote on proposal or charged. As the owner Mr. Green has the ability and the responsibility to correct this and make it right!

Service was excellent and Max was professional and kind and explained everything by showing you on the receipt and also explained every step he was doing he is a asset to the company!!

Aaron was the ultimate professional, clean , timely and went out of his way to explain everything. I had maintenance performed, and had a degraded capacitor replaced. Aaron recommended some improvements to our system as well as process to flush the drain line and better air filters.

Greens was quick to schedule. Updated me as the tech was on his way. When he arrived he was friendly and did the work needed while keeping the work area clear, clean, and looking better than it did when he started. My AC is running great thanks to Greens. I highly recommend Greens to anyone.

Chad serviced our two units today, and I could not be more pleased. Chad took his time, was careful and diligent, and I really appreciate his work. Chad should be recognized by Green's as an excellent employee !!!

Greens Energy Services was contacted to provide routine maintenance on two a/c units. Tech, Aaron K, provided exceptional service. He thorougly advised us what service he would be performing on the units, answered all of our questions, and provided a print-out of the results upon completion of his service. We were happy with the service Aaron K provided, we decided to sign up for the one year club memership with Greens Energy. Thank you again.

Great service! We called in the morning about an AC issue; told between 11-3. David Dean showed up around 1230 and was done by 130. He showed up and got right to work, had the part replaced before their office confirmed our warranty (with our pre-approval). Amazing service, great communication. Highly recommend and will continue to use for our AC needs.
