Awesome customer service,was indeed of a motherboard whatever you need they have it and if they don't have what you need they point you to the right direction.

I've dealt with several other companies for ACS I like total cool and because I am Spanish I can go in there and comfortably speak by the English or the Spanish mine's going guys

called 2 times for parts was told I would get a call back never did.After this time I’ve had great service from them . Must have been a bad time the first time .

This place is Totally Uncool. The rude people make it clear that English speakers are not welcome and when I offered to speak Spanish they wouldn't even sell me a thermostat. The sign should be changed to Totalmente Frio.

Very nice company and helpful, knowledgeable j will trust them . They help me alot looking forward yo purchasing a new unit soon.

Very helpful. Went in for a fan blade and they were able to find the exact one I needed. The best thing was they offered me a used one for really really cheap.

Checked online and says they close at 6pm. I called today 20 minutes prior to them closing and the lady on the phone insisted that they were already closed and the hours on Google were incorrect. Seems like they enjoy turning away customers and closing early.... Poor quality service

I have done business with owner Domingo for many years he's a great guy. Total cool has great customer service and almost everything you need when you need emergency HVAC parts on the go. I recommend Total cool to everyone.

Worse place ever they sell you an ac then it breaks down in less then a year then they wanna play games about getting parts then they give you wrong part 26 days later then another week goes bye and still no ac running 32 days waiting and still owner doesn’t care or employees are total liers until they get caught up in court !!!!

I would stay away from this place. Not only do they sell complete AC installs to people who are not AC proffesionals but my AC motor went bad and was under warranty but they said it would be 2 days to get the part and it took 5 and they gave the wrong motor back and AC started having more issues afterwards. This company is definitely not the place to take your buisness dominican hispanic company with no ethics or proffesionalism. Stay away.
