Have had issues with their product for years! Will not recommend! Called to resolve issues and all they want to do is sell you a new unit. Had to have freon added a few years later now i need a new compressor and valve! Was told it would last 20 years.What a joke!

Wait times on the phone to place orders are outrageous please fix the Orlando Warehouse. Available agents are non existent. - UPDATE - It seems like that day I called they were short handed. Now I have called twice and placed orders right away. WAY TO GO TRANE!!!

Need to have better service setup, cant get ahold of anyone on the phone and have no way of looking up availability or prices, have a chat system in place like Carrier

Tried calling to confirm if they had a part in stock, phone just rang and rang. Drove across town to check myself. Once I get there, the fat cross eyed guy at the counter goes on a rant about not selling to non HVAC people, homeowners shouldnt take money from the business operators, etc. Maybe he was having a bad day.
If they would of told me this over the phone, it would not be that big of a deal. At the very least, if they didnt make it feel like I was a 10 year old trying to buy uranium when I walked in I would of said thank you and gone on my way.
