Had my duct sealing done today by CJ and Andre. Wow, what a great team! Very professional but also personable - explained what they were doing without talking down to me. CJ spotted a few problem areas that weren't even on the original scope and just handled them. No upselling, no drama, just "hey, we'll take care of this while we're here." That's the kind of service you don't see much anymore.
Both technicians clearly know what they're doing. They worked efficiently together, were careful with my home (drop cloths, cleaned up completely), and you could tell they actually cared about doing the job properly. The attention to detail was impressive - they made sure every seal was tight, even in the hard-to-reach spots.
Already noticing better airflow in rooms that were always problematic. My house feels more balanced temperature-wise too.
If you get CJ and Andre for your service call, you're in good hands. They represent your company really well - this is the kind of service that creates loyal customers. Thanks for sending such a solid team!

Robert did an a great job with our routine maintenance. Checked the system, made a few needed adjustments to increase efficiency and coverage. His knowledge and experience were very much appreciated.

Robin and CJ were great! Very professional, courteous and respectful. They explained everything clearly and didn’t talk down to me (b/c I know nothing about HVAC). They did a great job and stayed late to get the job done. We definitely recommend English Air and welcome Robin and CJ back for our next install.

Robin was so knowledgeable and informative. He handled our questions and educated us about the status of our equipment. This is the fourth time I have had someone from English Air to our home. They are always gentleman and never pushy.

Why does the AC always seem to quit on a Friday afternoon? After a few too many stressful experiences, I finally decided to sign up for a membership that guarantees priority service when I need it most. I chose English Air because they’re local to Orlando and have consistently strong reviews.
The membership runs me $20/month and includes several worthwhile perks: priority scheduling, bi-annual tune-ups, and a 10% discount on repairs. Recently, it was time for my routine tune-up, and English Air sent out Robby. He arrived on time, was personable, and clearly knew his stuff. He spent a little over an hour going through the system and found no major issues—just a dirty filter, which he replaced.
Robby also offered a few recommendations for future consideration, but there was absolutely no hard sell, which I appreciated. His professionalism and positive attitude are what inspired me to write this review. It’s refreshing to see someone who truly seems to enjoy their work instead of just going through the motions.
Well done. Let’s hope my AC unit behaves… especially on Fridays.

I highly recommend English Air Inc.! Gavin and Robert were not only right on time, but also incredibly sharp, smart, and professional. It was clear from the start that they really knew what they were doing. Excelente servicio Después de dos meses de uso, el aire acondicionado ha funcionado muy bien: enfría rápido, es bastante silencioso y no ha aumentado demasiado la factura de luz. Lo recomiendo . Le doy 5 estrellas, principalmente porque la instalación fue un poco complicada.

Phenomenal service!!! They went above and beyond. Yesterday there was a big accident on I4 due to a car / Semi truck accident that caused 3+ hour delays and they still made it!!!! Fixed my AC issue and now it’s running like new!
