Our A/C unit went out on one of the days that heat index was 101, my home warranty company sent us All Week Heating and Cooling and they were AMAZING! They contacted us almost immediately from when they were assigned the job and the repair person, Kevin Ramirez who came out could not have been nicer. These guys are the absolute best! I have had a service contract with them on my home for the past 2 years because they initially came out to repair my broken AC 2 years ago. The quality of work, professionalism, and fair prices caused me to enter into a service contract with them. Then, today, the AC went out at my rental unit and, again, these guys were there within 2 hours to save the day. Now my rental is also on a service contract with them as well! I highly recommend this company! My entire AC unit and duct system will need to be replaced in the next year or two in my home. I am already working with these guys on potential options and costs to ensure the right system for my needs and to help me save for this project... because you know I am not going to trust anyone else for my AC needs!

Had an after hours call. Unit and handler were working but not cooling. Within a few hours, the problem was solved. Needed refrigerant. Did maintenance as part of the service with new filter and drain cleaning. Very impressed with the professionalism and timeliness of this repair. Reasonable pricing too. I called my warranty company for AC needing repair and was given this company. Less than 12 hours later, they called and we were told they could work us in ...Fast response time, & Josh the tech was polite and professional. Maintenance was quick and worth the money.

Do not use this place. The AC is out at home and the first appointment isn't for 4 days. When I told Josh that the it was out completely and I needed something sooner he was extremely rude and said if he had something sooner he would have said so. When I asked what we were going to do without ac for that many days he said "go find someone else". Their website claims that they provide "emergency services" but if no ac in the middle of a florida summer isn't an emergency I'm not sure what is.

Josh is very honest and up front. So thankful for his service today! We have 5 day old baby in our home and the heat was outrageous! Josh was determined to make sure the system was up and running before he left! He worked with a flashlight but got the job done!

Amazing people if you are lucky enough for them to show up or pick up the phone. I have twice scheduled with them and both times they were no show. Other than their reliability, the service is amazing if you can wait days.

Found Josh and his people on internet at 11pm on a Sunday night after my A/C froze and being without A/C for two days. Josh and his team was out first thing Monday Morning and had it fixed that afternoon and at a very good price. I believe Josh and his crew are top notch and would definitely recommend his services in future.

Josh quickly diagnosed the problem, determined the parts were under warranty with Carrier, ordered the new parts, and scheduled a follow-up for installation of the new parts. Pricing was very fair and Josh was very thorough and professional. Would definitely recommend!

The only good part was they responded very quickly when my AC stopped working. From them on, everything went downhill.

1. The issue was with Float switch turning on which pretty much is a DIY thing. However, I am not much of a DIY guy and to be cautious, called them for the service.

2. He also suggested the Freon level was low but since I did not see issues with my AC before this water clog issue, I declined that as well. However, he still went ahead and tried to do something on the condenser (which was not required) and that led to an accidental Freon leak. I do understand that accidents happen but he had no purpose doing what he was trying to do. Now I see AC running slow and is not able to catch up to the set temperature. I will have to call another technician now to get Freon level checked and refill accordingly and spend hundreds on it.

3. Few days later, the issue with the Float switch came back. I called them back to see if they can help fix it since this is what the technician tried to fix few days before and was unsuccessful. The lady was very rude and said she cannot send anyone for another 4 days and that I declined other things that the technician wanted me to do. However, they have no relation to the water clogging issue which should have been a simple fix and the technician could not fix it properly because he was more interested in trying to sell me other things with it.

They have lost my business forever.

Was sent to all week heating and cooling through my home warranty company. at first they were great. wonderful customer service and got me set up for a same-day appt. Then no one showed up. I called later that day and was told "oh! i was JUST about to call you" and set up an appointment for the following day. still no one showed up. I've been calling since then and no one has answered the phone or returned my voicemail. I just logged into my home warranty program which shows that the AC company told them that HOMEOWNER CANCELLED the request. WHAT?!

UPDATE: Josh from All Week called genuinely looking to help. I'm sure it isn't easy for these companies to work through the home warranty organizations.

Josh arrived on time at the beginning of the window. Told me exactly what the issue was and was fixed within minutes and house was cool super fast. Very professional and honest. Highly recommend using Josh and his team.

Good communication from the company and technician through the experience. Got a text message saying the tech would be in a two window. Then the tech called and said he was 25 minutes away. Very nice to know when the technician was going to arrive.
Once he arrived the scope of work was discussed and agreed to and he gave me a timeframe that he would then be able to provide me with more detail. He came back with a thorough assessment and a few options for how to proceed. He gave reasons for each options and answered all of my questions quickly and in a manner that clearly answered by concerns or questions.
Had the parts required for the issue to be corrected in the truck tested the system before packing up.
I don’t know what other companies would have charged but for the service provided, information provided, and timely work I don’t think I will be cross shopping moving forward.

Josh and his team are amazing and very professional!! They did a good job replacing my inside unit a couple months ago.. I called Josh last night because my A/C had no power and came out the very next day and fixed everything!! I suggest getting a service contract to get your A/C checked twice year!! Thanks Josh..

My AC recently stopped working so I called All Week Heating and Cooling after reading all the great reviews. Josh came to the house on Saturday morning, quickly diagnosed the problem (broken motor) and was done in about an hour or so. The AC has been working well so I’m very happy with the prompt, reliable, and professional service provided by Josh at All Week.

Thanks to Josh having urgency and getting us in within hours of calling with an emergency we were able to solve the problem and get working AC back in our home. Not only was he informative, however, he was beyond fair in pricing. Highly recommend this company for any HVAC services!

After a bad storm, lightning caused my AC unit to stop blowing cool air. All night with no AC was brutal. The next morning at 7:30 am I contacted All Week Heating and Cooling and Joshua came in two hours. He was very professional, had great energy and explained what was wrong with our AC unit thoroughly, he repaired everything in one day.
