Josh installed my unit 3 years ago and has been my go-to ever since. They’re very responsive, professional, and honest about band-aids vs. correct fixes and I really appreciate that because it allows me to get my budget in order. Will definitely continue using All-week.

Due to an unexpected A/C leak in a new house, I found my way to All Week Heating and Cooling based on their positive online reviews. From the initial call, service was exceptional. Ashley was quickly able to assess the urgency of my issue, and promptly scheduled a service call. Once Josh arrived, he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and identified extreme build-up on the A/C coils and in the drain pan causing the system to back up and leak into my house and garage. Josh provided a reasonable estimate and was able to quickly work me into his schedule. He outlined the issue, cause and work to be done, patiently answering all of my questions along the way. Josh was professional, personable and knowledgeable and I felt so confident in his workmanship that I also signed up for the All Week maintenance plan. He definitely put my mind at ease that my hvac needs were covered. I would recommend the high quality and personalized service All Week Heating and Cooling provides to anyone in the area. Josh was awesome. He replaced our AC & Handler. He was always courteous, respectful and prompt! Arrived when he said he would and even made it a point to keep the area he worked in tidy and clean. Awesome service!

These guys are very knowledgeable and honest. They have great customer service and fair pricing. On point with all of their scheduling and services. They are the only ones I trust with both my commercial and residential AC needs. I called a lot of places before booking them, but since I was calling For my business, everyone else felt they needed to charge out an arm and a leg because the assumption is that since you’re calling for a business… that somehow makes you rich, so they raise their prices. Not these guys, they were honest and fair from day one.

I called around all week looking for reasonable pricing. Thank God for this company! I must say very professional and knowledgeable. I was nervous about getting the service but the team member actually explained what he was doing! I would definitely recommend 👌

Josh and his team were fantastic. Had to get a brand new air handler and A/C unit installed. The job took a bit longer than I think he expected, however they didn't rush at all, they took their time and got it done right with no hiccups or shortcuts. If only all companies ran this way. Very pleasant experience with All Week, i'm happy we hired them to replace our A/C units.

If you’re looking for a reliable, reasonable and professional company to service your AC, look no further than Josh and his team at All Week Heating and Cooling. My AC went down and within a couple of hours Ashley(customer service) had Josh on site servicing my unit. He quickly diagnosed our AC and provided a plan of action of how to get the issue resolved. Josh took care of all the warranty paperwork and got us the replacement part within a timely manner.
Josh was super knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
Dont waste your time calling other companies in town and call All Week H&C to get your AC right. You won’t be disappointed.

We had an excellent experience with Josh at All Week Heating & Cooling! I called Thursday afternoon 4:30pm and they were able to schedule a maintenance call that next morning 8am - 10am. Josh was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue immediately, called to make sure the parts were under warranty and came back Monday morning to finish the repair. Highly recommend! :)

Had a very good experience with all week heating and cooling. Called and got a same day service call. Josh is very professional and very knowledgeable. This was my 2nd time using him and again was very pleased with the company. I would recommend All Week Heating and Air to anyone and everyone. I’m glad to say that we will be using All Week as our contractor going forward.

This AC company provided a horrible experience. They failed to communicate the full scope of services, did not provide clear information upfront, and neglected to inform me that they don’t accept certain credit cards. Without my approval, they performed services and charged me an outrageous $890. This lack of transparency, unfair pricing, and poor communication is unacceptable. I strongly caution others to avoid this company to prevent similar issues.

Joshua Estrada was an absolute life saver! He quickly identified the problem and provided a great solution. I contacted another company before this one, and Joshua charged half of what the other company quoted! He even showed up after hours and was able to fix the problem the very next day. I would definitely recommend Joshua and All Week Heating & Cooling to any of my friends and family.

The technician arrived on schedule and diagnosed the problem within 15 seconds (determined the air handler was iced up). He fixed the problem quickly and was great. System is working perfectly now. Great company!

Great service and very fast to follow up and schedule. In Florida - when the A/C goes out, you don't want to waste time. Josh quickly diagnosed the issue and got us back and up running in no time and was very fair in pricing.

I would not recommend this vendor. This service was referred to us through 2-10 Home Warranty, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish.

We had a scheduled appointment, but the technician was a no-show. The vendor later claimed he was unaware of the appointment, stating it had been scheduled by the warranty company. We rescheduled for the next day, and I received a confirmation text—apparently from his scheduling software, since the warranty company had no record of the change in time or date. It was the same text I had received two days prior, from the same number to which he (the owner) stated wasn't him.

At the rescheduled appointment, the technician arrived and stated the issue was electrical. I specifically asked if he saw any signs of water, condensation, or burning, anything else that could have caused the electrical issue, and he assured me everything looked fine.

However, when the electrician arrived, he immediately identified visible physical issues with the A/C unit, including water, that likely contributed to the electrical problem.

Trying to give the vendor the benefit of the doubt, I called to request a recheck since we clearly still had an underlying A/C issue. He offered to reschedule for the following week (so a whole week without A/C in Orlando when it's 90+ degrees).

In addition to the lack of thoroughness, the company does not answer calls or return messages promptly—if at all. When they do show up, the work is minimal or incomplete.

Bottom line: I strongly recommend finding another service provider.

I want to say that Jonathan and Jayden are truly professional at what they do. They called me on the way to my house. In the beginning it might have seemed that I was a bit unwelcoming, but they never lost their composure or professional manarisum. They explained everything that was to be done or worked on. All my questions were answered quickly and they promptly put me at ease and began their operation. Jonathan explained the issues with my units and what needed to be replaced cleaned and repaired. I have to repeat, that every question that I had was answered promptly. He showed me my AC unit issues and problems. His experience and knowledge of HVAC system service was presented all the time. Once the maintenance work was completed, he explained my options and Warranty on my units. For now I have to say that they truly Earned a 5 Star Rating with me. I will follow up in the future with a 2nd unit and repair story. Thank You for your time and service, and Thank You for the Confidence you gave me towards your company.

After hiring this company to replace my AC unit in the summer of 2023, I discovered significant issues. The heat function on the new unit was non-operational when I first tried to use it.
When I contacted the technician, Josh, about the issue, he initially provided an explanation that seemed incorrect and later stated he had "forgotten to put the heater portion in." Over the next two years, he visited my home five to six times to address the problem. On each visit, the heater would temporarily work, but the issue would resurface after the unit was switched between cooling and heating modes.
My attempts to resolve the issue with Josh were unsuccessful. When I informed him I would be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), he stated he felt "threatened" and ended his service relationship with me, citing that he had fulfilled the two-year warranty.
I proceeded with the BBB complaint, but it was not resolved. I then hired another company to diagnose the problem. The new company found that the heating portion of the unit was not installed correctly and that a wire for the heater function had not been connected to the thermostat. These installation errors will cost approximately $3,000 to fix.
Additionally, while the company's website claims it is BBB accredited, my search of the BBB database indicates otherwise.

During this last cold snap, we went to turn on the heat and nothing happened. I reached out to Josh at All Week Heating And Cooling, and they jumped into action immediately. They got me on the schedule fast, came out, identified the issue, and took care of it right away.

I had so much confidence in Josh and his work that I asked him to give the entire unit a full look-over and get me set up on their maintenance plan — which I highly recommend so this doesn’t happen again.

I honestly didn’t expect much of a change from duct cleaning—but I was wrong. Not only is the airflow stronger and more consistent, but the overall temperature of the house is more balanced. The technicians explained everything thoroughly and didn’t try to upsell me. They were respectful, efficient, and left the house cleaner than when they arrived. If you’re on the fence about air duct cleaning, do it—and book with this company!
