Universal is just Beautiful in so many ways. The company, the parks, the people, the nostalgia is EVERYWHERE! In todays world we need as much of this beauty as we can get 😘👌

Don't care about disabled cares on rides when taking people around the park at Halloween horror, as the career has to look after the disabled persons in the wheel chair a fast pass option that DISNEYLAND ORLANDO IS MUCH BETTER,

It was the best I loved the Spider-Man ride and the Jurassic park ride was the best line’s are not to long except the raptor ride that’s a long line Jurassic park food good it felt like I was in a dream

My son William took me there today. The chicken tacos and ahi tuna tacos were so delicious!!! We ordered a strawberry margarita too which hit the spot

My son William and I were in Orlando Florida and decided to eat at Mythos . He ordered the blackened tuna and I ordered ravioli. The tuna was overcooked. We asked waitress to get manager...Meagan was her name. She was rude when we mentioned about the food. It damaged our eating there. It was a special occasion for me...my 70th birthday. We actually wanted it taken off the Bill she argued with us. We got up to find someone else to talk to ... that's when she wanted to call security on us. Everyone in restaurant was watching what was happening. I will never go there again. When a manager doesn't listen to our concerns we we voiced them.

I purchased a vacation package with Universal that included flights, hotel, transportation and theme park tickets. My flights were with Spirit and were cancelled by Spirit a couple of days after I booked. I called Spirit and was told and emailed that the refund was sent to Universal on April 3rd 2021 and that Universal would have to issue my $543 refund back to my personal cc. I called Universal and was on hold over two hours and was then greeted by and extremely rude woman who basically told me she can’t do anything and to take it up with Spirit and hung up on my. So, then I went back to Spirit and they said give it a couple of weeks and see if the refund comes back to my card. Nothing. I then called Universal again and after another 2 hour hold time was greeted by Jay. JAY WAS AMAZING. He contacted Universals flight department and told me they were going to reach out to Spirit to confirm the refund and I should have an answer in 72 hours. He also went over what to expect with the package I purchased and a few other things I had questions about. It is now May 15th 2021 and no refund. So, another call and another 2 hour wait time I was greeted by a very friendly girl who basically told me that they don’t see any updates on the refund but she was going to reach out to her support team to see if they could help. 20 minutes later she told me the same thing Jay did. They will be contacting Spirit to get confirmation on the refund but they can only contact them via email. I cannot express how inept this company is and how unorganized their processes are. The theme park might be great but their customer service is terrible. DO NOT PURCHASE A VACATION PACKAGE. Do it on your own.

Loved the place. So huge to finish in a single day. Better to book online ticket or also easily available in the counter. The park is so huge, and heaven for those who loves to ride... Universal studios, and many other disney theme parks are there in Orlando. its awesome and too costly...

Review is for universal employee parking "security" personell who were violent & rude. Come correct if ur gonna stop people theres two no u turn intersections and no gate like get a GRIP!

These guys were on time and very professional and friendly and gave good information for future care. Everything you would expect and more for servicing a Furnace and AC. We will request them for future maintenance to our furnace and AC.
This is a great company to work with. Their technicians are knowledgeable, respectful, and easy to work with.

Prevatte HVAC - FIVE STARS!

My AC has been making these weird noises for days.. I can't sleep well because of it.. When I've had enough, I called Prevatte HVAC to help me in fixing it.. I expected them to tell me that I need to replace the Ac with something new but I was surprised when they started to fix it right away.. Now I sleep peacefully at night.. Thanks a lot Prevatte HVAC!
