First time customer. Spoke with Kiwana and she helped me get into contact with service technician Melvin. He showed up at the quoted time, let me know the cost of repair, and fixed the unit on the designated day. Highly recommended!

Absolutely top notch service. There was no power at the thermostat. Called 8:00 am and by 1:00 Melvin arrived. He diagnosed the problem quickly and we were good to go. I have 50+ years of engineering behind me so I know when I am dealing with top notch professionals. Needless to say I would highly recommend Downtown Air!

All three techs were very professional and great to work with. Kyle was very thorough and ensured everything was done well before they left. Austin was very patient with all my requests and did a very good job as well. Melvin provided the proposal and was responsive to all questions. Overall great team to work with and company pricing is very reasonable.

Michael was thorough and diagnosed the problem with the fuse blowing. He took the time to explain his troubleshooting method. Michael was cognizant of keeping his work areas clean and explaining all relevant charges. Will definitely call back!

Downtown Air & Heat service was great. We had one of their best technicians come out today to work on our AC unit. He was so pleasant, informative, passionate, and focused on getting our AC back up and running. He did a fantastic job and we were very satisfied with the service.

Danny from Downtown air provided excellent service when visiting to repair a broken part on our unit. He messaged ahead of his arrival, was very understanding of our work-from-home situation and even spent a few minutes loving our silly puppy. The appt was scheduled promptly and Danny quickly solved the problem by replacing a broken piece. Highly recommend this company and technician.

I have used Downtown Air and Heat a few times, and the whole crew has all been great. I appreciate Danny and the other team members for being part of a genuine and helpful HVAC company that I can trust. I’ve been burned quite a bit this past year (2023) with contractor, but Downtown Air and Heat reminds me that there are still some good people out there wanting to provide a good service.

Daniel was fantastic and super knowledgeable. He spent a good deal of time explaining my issue in detail to me and what I could do in the future to prevent in from happening again. Kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and answered all my questions. Best service I’ve had from an AC tech! Will definitely reach out again if I have any issues.

Michael did a great job performing on my A/C system. He called me a half hour in advance of his arrival so I had plenty of time to pop out from work and meet him. Very courteous and very thorough. Their recommendations for replacement and the performance of my system were great and I’ll definitely call on them for future repairs and replacement parts. The membership is definitely a good buy and handy to have in the event of an emergency during the summer months.

We are so glad we called Downtown Air and Heat! After years of mysterious malfunctions from our expensive, complicated AC system (installed by a different company in 2020), topped off by a recent lightning strike, the smart, determined team at Downtown Air and Heat have solved the mysteries and restored our comfort. Special shout-out to Albert, who just refused to give up, but the whole team seems super-smart and organized! Reasonable pricing as well. Thank you, Downtown Air! We are grateful. And cool.

Downtown Air and Heat are a gem of a company. They are 100% honest and lookout for the owner's best interests. If they can repair your AC they will. They don't oversell you. If it needs replacement, they will tell you why. Prices are very fair. They work hard , are timely, responsive, reliable and are professional. They have serviced our home and office for many years. Highly recommend them.

The office personnel were amazing and accommodating. Called in the early morning, tech was at the house by 9:30. The tech, Danny, was absolutely great. Extremely nice, polite, and a pleasure to talk to. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Some of the best service I’ve ever received from a HVAC company.

I was referred to Downtown Air and Heat after receiving an unreasonably high quote from another company that didn’t even notice how dirty my split systems were—they were covered in mildew (unbeknownst to me at the time). Melvin from Downtown Air and Heat arrived promptly and immediately diagnosed the issue. He explained that the systems needed a thorough cleaning to function properly. A few days later, Melvin returned with Danny to complete the job. Despite persistent rain slowing their progress, they worked efficiently and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right, even under less-than-ideal conditions, was impressive. They have earned a lifelong customer in me!

Our a/c went out on Wednesday night. I called first thing in the morning on Thursday morning and they squeezed me and had us up and running. The tech was great and keep me informed all along the way. I would Recommend using Downtown air and heat.

We have received great service and support from Downtown Air over the years. They are always quick to respond to problems and to schedule service if needed. They show up when they say they will and are always efficient and courteous. I appreciate the way they try to teach me how the system works and how to better maintain it. They stand behind their work 100% and will not rest until the customer is satisfied. It has been a pleasure to get to know them and to rely on them!

My only wish was that he’d arrived earlier, my window was 1p-5p, unfortunately he didn’t arrive until 5. What can I say, they’re busy. I would assume it’s because they give good honest service. I would definitely recommend. 🥇

Downtown air is the real deal. We had an inspection done by a Leading hvac company Mxxxxxx Axxxxxx who told us that we needed a $2500 treatment due to black mold in our ducts and showed us actual pictures, But Apon, their departure, I noticed that there was no debris, or change of appearance in our attic Access .Having our doubts, we called downtown Air, with whom we dealt with in the past for services, The Tech did an inspection, and returned to inform us that there was NO BLACK MOLD in our system!!! Ultimately we were advised to do a basic cleaning and service. Since then we faithfully use downtown Air .They remain reliable. Honest, and always offer fair pricing

For my home, I wanted the best, most skilled labor possible. Shawn and Melvin delivered just that. Incredibly competent, answered all my questions, and also funny people! I had them install a central split system to replace my aging wall units. 10/10 would AC again.
