Sent by AHS...No time block was assigned, 2 techs showed up late Friday left around 10pm. Was gone all day Saturday, went upstairs Sunday afternoon ceiling is flooded, carpet is wet huge water spots in ceiling, water dripping. Called them and was told they could come tomorrow but couldn't give me a time frame. They seemed unconcerned about the leak or my ceiling.
I have a shot off valve and if it's not working it's because of the tech. There wasn't a leak prior to the service call...I am totally upset about the lack of professionalism.
Still have no Cool Air.

The service technician Keallen B provided great customer and professionalism services. He interact with me with information about what he is doing from start to finish. I am pleased with the results that was provided by Keallen and will recommend my family and friends about United Air Temp.

Arrived on time and went right to work assuring that my two AC units were functioning as they should. Good communication was maintained throughout the entire process. The Technician was very knowledgeable and able to explain things in a way that I could actually visualize. This company is highly recommended.

UPDATE- 7/1/2025: This company has failed to take any type of responsibility for any of the damage. There company is set-up through a call center which makes it very easy for them to ignore your calls or any other communication. At least 5 calls were placed over the last few weeks, and several emails sent. No one with authority or that can make any type of decision ever calls me back. Avoid this company at all costs.

United air temp has been out to my property 5 times in less than a month to try to resolve the same issues. No issues have been resolved, and I have damage to my property as a result of service. I was charged two pounds of freon on the first visit and sold a full service agreement. The tech had to come out the same night to remove freon because the compressor was hissing. The AC problem was not fixed. During the next visit to try and resolve the same issue they stated my condensation line had some blockage. I was told it was fixed , but days later I began to get water condensation back-ups. On the fourth visit a different tech came by to look into both issues. I was told the condensation line was good and an adjustment had been made to overflow switch. Days later I had flooding because the switch had been disabled. Baseboard and flooring had to be removed. Flooring will need to be replaced, and drywall remediated. Inexperienced technicians not able to get the job done and costly mistakes were made. Unacceptable.

Upfront and honest company. Don’t try to hard sell everything. Highly recommend. All techs are amazing

we bought a 20 year old house with a 20 year old AC, after kicking around replacing it and doing months of research we finally pulled the trigger after the second failure. Working with Dean was GREAT, unlike a every other company we got quotes from Dean was the only one who asked how we used our Heat pump which was very important in understanding what size unit would be the best fit for both our house and our comfort as our old unit was under powered for our house.

Advanced AC beat the competition on price hands down, their crew arrived on time (sorry guys, can't remember your names), they got the AC installed and working in a short time IMHO considering all the road blocks they hit in the attack that was beyond their control. we love our new Trane Heat pump which was installed on the 5th of the month with meter read on 20th, and even though the system was only online for 15 days of a 30 day bill we saw a savings of $150 on that month, can't wait to see what we save running it for a full cycle!

Got same day service! My capacitor was out and they give me a 30 min window of when they would be there; not 4 hours!! Great, quick service! There was a $79 service fee and $219 for the capacitor repair.
