I have been using United Air Temp for our annual maintenance and emergency repairs of our HVAC for over 5 years. They are always on time, efficient, and courteous. I had a technician come to my house on Thursday, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Instead of focusing on repairing my A/C, he was more interested in selling a new unit and pushing monthly subscriptions.

He quoted me over $1,200+ for a repair but stated there was no guarantee it would fix the problem. Despite this, I made the payment, yet I never received a payment receipt or a follow-up call to schedule the repair. The technician didn’t fix anything and simply told me to wait for a call to schedule, but I was told that without payment, I couldn't even be placed on the schedule.

This has been an awful experience, and every time AHS has sent this company, they have failed to repair my A/C successfully.

Gabriel was our assigned technician and did a very professional and thorough job to get our AC fixed in time. Also, they were very patient on explaining to us on the issue and their service price was very affordable. Would highly recommend.

My overall experience with United Air Temp was pretty good. I was called and scheduled less than 24hrs of my AC emergency. Kevin the technician was very professional, friendly and changed the motor in my air handler with no problem at all. Would definitely use United again , great job!

I've had issues with my AC since we moved in. My home warranty company has sent different companies and they came with bandaid fixes but United Air Temp came and was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. This is the first time my AC is maintaining the indoor temperature that I set the unit too. We're happy with the service.

Assigned by our home warranty American Home Shield. They arrived late, appt window was given as 330-530pm, around 545 pm. Replaced the capacitor noted as the failed component. Initially unit seemed to be working, but after running for hours it only cooled 1degree! I have requested an immediate return visit.

Gabriel was very diligent in his work. He explained everything he was doing. He was very personable, and my 92 yr old Dad enjoyed his interactions with him!

The technician was pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained any issues he found and explained how to prevent future problems with our system. I will request the company to make Isaac my permanent technician. Because of him, I will be renewing my contract with United Air Temp.

The technician, Edward, called this morning to let me know he was 35 minutes away and then arrived as promised. He had a pleasant and professional demeanor, and got right to work. I appreciate that he wore footies over his shoes. He made some recommendations for additional services, but when I declined, I felt no pressure from him which I appreciated. When he finished the work, he had relevant and useful recommendations moving forward. All in all, this was a very good experience.

My Ac unit needed some maintenance and Isac came to clean my unit and he left it looking brand new, not only did he gave maintenance on my ac unit but he also gave me pretty good estimates on how I can actively take care of my ac unit. He was professional and educated, pretty happy with the services he provided :)

I had a fantastic experience with united Air temp thanks to technician Issac. From the moment he arrived he was professional and courteous. He took the time to explain everything he did and even helped me taking out the dirty water from the water heater. Issac really cares about doing his job right and I'm going to continue using united iar services. Highly recommended.
