Lisandro is a true expert at his craft. He helped my fiancé and I with speed and skill. When his first attempt at our AC repair required follow-up, he diagnosed and fixed at very fair pricing. He’s also personable and friendly - a family man. Why would we ever go with anyone else!? This company is a local gem.

I have a newer AC unit and it started not cooling effectively. Lisandro helped me out from beginning to end. He walked me through the process and took the time to explain the issue thoroughly and how to prevent issues in the future. My drain pan and condensate line needed to be cleaned and flushed out, which he did. I appreciated the explanation and tips, as well as Lisandro’s passion for what he does. I highly recommend him to anyone in the area who is having AC issues! He was honest, fair, knowledgeable and responsive. You can tell he loves what he does and that he wants to help educate homeowners on keeping their AC unit running smoothly for as long as possible.

Good honest service at a good price. You cannot get better than that. I called North Pole on the recommendation of a family member and I'm glad I did. Called this morning with no air, and now working perfectly. Lisandro took the time to explain everything, along with suggestions to keep the system in top shape. The price was very reasonable as well.

Extremely satisfied by the responsiveness, technical knowledge, professionalism and top-notch service. We have been having issues with our unit and others have come to correct but their work did not last long. Lisandro performed a thorough diagnostic that led to the issue impacting our old unit (Carrier). Then he walked me through the issues and proceeded to correct once I agreed to. Lisandro was also very transparent with the service costs. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any issues you have with your unit. I am already planning to use their maintenance program. A few weeks ago Lisandro came out to check our AC unit and found that it was low in Freon. He thoroughly checked, but was unable to locate any leaks so he replaced the Freon. Today, our AC unit went out again and the dryer on the outside unit had ruptured and was blowing out Freon. Lisandro fit us in last minute late in the day and replaced the dryer. Unfortunately we had lost all the Freon he had put in a few weeks prior. Lisandro replaced the Freon for free because he said it is possible he had missed a minor leak a few weeks ago. A small business owner eating that big of a cost goes to show how much Lisandro cares about his customers. This isn't something other companies would have done because the dryer was not leaking the first time he came and he had been very thorough in his original leak check. Lisandro is very passionate about his work, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with our unit. He is friendly and thorough with his work. I would highly recommend him. We will definitely be using him for any future AC needs.

OMG! I'm so happy I followed the recommendation of a friend and had North Pole AC repair my A/C. Lisandro was professional, explained what was going on. Very ethical. I will use North Pole AC from now on. Very friendly, efficient and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg for the service.

Lisandro was extremely through in diagnosing, installation, knowledgeable, in dealing with difficult situation. Best AC service I have had on my equipment. Extremely nice, and explained everything as he was doing it. Didn't try to up sell as other companies have done. He is honest, fair in prices, and has a better labor warranty than other companies. I definitely would recommend him to friends and family.

Lisandro was amazing. I am a mom of 4 and my AC wasn't working, he had a change in his schedule and immediately called me to let me know that he could make it to my house as soon as possible. He offered help over the phone and I was able to fix my problem on my own with the help of my father in law. Lisandro gave us recommendations and told us how to properly clean our lines. He has a lifelong customer now and I never even met him. I would recommend his company to everybody. We had issues with our AC last summer and we went through multiple companies and had horrible experiences. Living in Florida, I am glad we finally found an AC company that we love!

North Pole Air just installed a new air condition system in my home, doing an exemplary job that prompted the county inspector to admire the quality of the installation as he inspected it. HONEST, RELIABLE, and HARDWORKING.
The blower in my AC unit quit working. I called multiple AC companies, and they all quoted me between $1500 and $2500 for a new blower and installation, and others were trying to charge me for other things that weren’t needed. (Trying to scam me) After contacting multiple companies, we called North Pole for a quote; we scheduled an appointment with Lisandro to diagnose the issue. He did numerous tests and explained every step while I was there with him, showing me what was wrong and why it wasn’t working. To my surprise, I only needed a module, which he happened to have at the moment, and he was able to fix my AC in a few minutes, which cost me a few hundred dollars, not $2000 like other companies were telling us. This company is for those who seek somebody with experience, knowledge, and honesty. Based on my pleasant experience with them, I highly recommend them.

Lisandro with Notth Pole was a life saver! We had been having trouble with our unit for a few weeks and after unsuccessfully trying take care of it myself I text Lisandro and he was out the next day to fix my AC.
