Just had my AC maintenance done by Eddy . They were professional, punctual, and very honest. Eddy explained everything that was done step by step and also gave me pointers on how to maintain the unit myself to extend the lifespan of my unit . Highly recommend their services!

I can’t say enough good things about Blue Air! Everyone is great and provides awesome customer service. Priscilla always gives me a heads up call when the technician is on their way so it makes it easy to schedule my appointments with them around my work schedule. Louie is the BEST!!! He’s honest and open about the work that he’s doing. He answers all my questions and has given me great tips on things I can do to avoid having any major repairs and increase the longevity of my system. This company is absolutely amazing. Eddie came out with his tech and was VERY thorough. Educated me on what they were doing and why. After losing my dad 3 years ago and he was always our go for AC and all appliances I feel like my dad hand picked them for me. They are very honest.

We almost got scammed by two well-known AC companies that heavily advertise on the radio. Our system was cooling but had some freezing issues, so we called the first company for a diagnosis. After a quick inspection, they told us our 6-year-old system was "done" and needed to be replaced—for only $163/month for 15 years! That didn’t sit right with me, but strangely, after the technician left, my system completely stopped cooling.

Suspicious, we called a second reputable company for a second opinion. They also claimed the unit was "cooked" and tried to sell us a new one.

Thankfully, we called Blue Air Heating and Cooling before making any rash decisions. They arrived promptly, took the time to educate us on what was happening, and did a thorough inspection. When they opened the system, they found a temperature sensor had been disconnected, and the clamp was intentionally thrown aside to hide it! They quickly fixed the issue, had our AC running in no time, and charged us a fraction of what the other companies quoted.

Blue Air is an honest, highly qualified company with a fantastic crew. Our AC has never worked better—now we’re adjusting the thermostat because it’s too cold! From now on, we will only call Blue Air.

Not only are they professional, they were upfront with what was happening with our two cooling systems and they were extremely honest not trying to sell us something that we didn't need right away. They took care of our system immediately, making sure everything was taken care of and our house was back to feeling cool again. I have to say, they are two of the nicest people, extremely helpful with any questions we had, and answered our calls and texts right away. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BLUE AIR HEATING AND COOLING - YOU WILL LOVE THEM!!

I wanted to share a positive incident from yesterday involving an A/C company. With summer approaching and having read about the A/C issues shared by others here, I decided to get a tune-up. The company was prompt, and a seasoned technician named Louie arrived exactly on time. He was polite, removed his shoes, wore booties, and after a brief friendly chat, he started working right away. During the maintenance, he identified a problem with my dual capacitor. Though I didn't purchase their maintenance plan during their last visit in October, Louie asked if he could contact his boss to see if they could save some money. Thankfully, the company allowed me to take advantage of the membership discount for the necessary part and even signed me up for a yearly service plan.

After Louis left and the job was completed, the company's owner called to thank me for my business. This experience reminded me of the top-notch service you typically get from places like Chick-fil-A or Publix, but this time, it was with an AC company. Good stuff!!

Called Blue Air for issues with mold growing on my evaporator coil. Eddy the owner came out and correctly diagnosed that previous owners of the home put in way too big of an AC system. He gave me an option to clean the coils, which would last for a few months if I was currently short on cash, or to replace the unit which would be better in the long term. I got quotes from multiple contractors for the unit replacement, Eddy was the cheapest quote, and seemed the most sincere and knowledgeable. He and his crew showed up on time and did a great job on the install. Eddy is just an all around stand up dude, and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again for any of my HVAC needs.

Our AC unit's blower went out, and after calling a few other companies that couldn't come out for days, Blue Air Heating and Cooling came the very next day.
They worked incredibly hard to ensure we were not left without AC during a very hot weekend. We are so grateful for their prompt and professional service. We highly recommend this company!

I called Blue Air Heating and Cooling after having a pro from AHS done his diagnosis which appears not very reliable. I have Blue Air for my maintenance services and they always done a good job. After Louie came and done his diagnosis (which were different from AHS), he clearly communicated the options that I have in order to have my unit running. I did have a little problem with office sending the proposal and scheduling the repair, but after it being done everything went smoothly. I had manager (Eddy) coming to make sure that new line from air conditioner unit outside and inside started working he also explain why it still wasn't working. Next day Louie come and finish the job, he even went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the repair (definitely deserves a raise). Highly recommend Blue Air if you’re looking for skilled and friendly HVAC pros!

We needed a complete replacement of the ductwork in our 50 year-old house. We'd endured uneven cooling and three bedrooms were always hotter than the rest of the home. Prior HVAC contractors had tried unsuccessfully to fix the problem. I bet they gave up as our attic provides little space to work in. But Eddy with Blue Air came up with a comprehensive plan and he and his crew were able to accomplish the very challenging project. We now enjoy a much more efficient and comfortable heating and cooling environment. They were great to work with and highly recommend Blue Air Heating and Cooling!

I had an issue with my air handler dripping throughout the year other companies came out to no avail. The tech Eddie came out quickly. He did a thorough job of troubleshooting the issue and walked me through why it was doing what is was doing which I really appreciated.

Had Blue Air come out to do a service call. The technician Louie quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. He also took a look at a problem I had been having with airflow in the lobby of our office. He quickly identified the issue that caused the airflow problem. I had another AC company look at this and charged me an arm and a leg and did not find the problem the Blue Air team quickly diagnosed and fixed. Eddy, Carlos, Louie and the rest of the team are top notch!!!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Blue Air. After having one of their competitors come out to give me an estimate that was grossly overinflated, I turned to Blue Air to help me with my issue. Not only did they provide me with an estimate that was half of what the other company outlined, they educated me on what to add and subtract. They went above and beyond on their visit, helping with other things. Amazing!
