Amazing experience with this company. Recently Blue Air had helped a neighbor and wanted to use their services since it seemed to be fast and economical service. I am glad I did. I called after 4:00 pm in the afternoon when our AC was having a problem and Blue Air was able to have someone here within 2 hours so that we could have no problem sleeping through the night. The technician was personable, knowledgable and left the property better than he found it. 10/10!

Our heater went kaput a few days before a looming cold weather event was expected, Eddie came out on a Sunday, he inspected and determined what was needed for the repair, located the part the next day. Another polite technician came out the following day put in the new heating element! We were warm and toasty during the cold weather which was between a low of 39-46 degrees pretty chilly.. ❄️ for FL, They were prompt, polite and professional! Plus the pricing was fair, I will use them again if needed. I highly recommend them a family owned and operated service.

I made a late night call to Blue Air on a Friday evening in a panic. Eddie arrived within the hour. He fixed the issue with my system, but strongly advised replacing the entire system inside and out to save money and remove the headache. I was provided some options and immediately set up our next service. Him and his wife were fantastic before, during, and after the install. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks Blue Air Team!

Everyone was phenomenal from the 1st phone call to the diagnosis to the solution.The team walked me through every step of the way answering any question I had. With the recent Florida cold snap and 3 small children in the house, I couldn't be happier with the care they showed our family. Truly are good, honest people and I would recommend to anyone!!

I've had Blue Air servicing my AC, and a recent new install, ever since they were the only ones to answer my saturday emergency of no working ac in the middle of summer with a baby.

When I moved into a new house and the old AC broke right before my family was about to visit for the holidays, they were able to quickly come out and give me some options. My AC was on its last legs and repair would have been temporary and almost as expensive as a new unit. The duct work was also as old as the house and very inefficient. Blue Air gave me a fair quote to come in and replace everything up to current day standards and got it all done in 2 days! This was right before the holidays and was finished a day before my family was visiting and staying with me.

I would absolutely recommend Blue Air and can't thank Eddy enough.

Words can’t describe how awesome this company is. Eddie and his team treated my family like their own. I had a terrible experience with another HVAC company and Eddie went out of his way to quickly and efficiently get my AC up and running. Because of negligence from another company, I had to have a brand new system installed. He took the time to explain everything to me in a language I could understand, show me exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it, and most importantly he followed up to make sure everything was working perfectly. I cannot recommend this company enough. 10/10

Blue Air Heating and Cooling should be everyone’s go to HVAC provider. I will never utilize another HVAC company again. Eddy is amazing and above all HONEST. We need more people in this world like him. Long story short, two companies came to look at our AC. First company quoted, $4500. Second company quoted $1200. Eddy came and showed me that someone flipped my HVAC systems breaker off…. He then tested the part the second company charged us for and it was working properly. What a nightmare to be saved by an honest employee who is genuinely someone you want servicing your home. Eddy - thank you again!!!

They are family owned, professional, honest, and this company does impeccable work. Had a new Bryant unit installed. I got quotes from other companies and even though Blue Air was not the cheapest nor the most expensive, they offered a better quality system and a truely professional install (as if it was their own home).

Also, the owner Eddy contacts me within minutes for questions etc... The technicians are all professional and do incrediable work. Every part of the install was perfection. The new install looks like my old system look like it was put in by a 5 year old.

Finally, the technicians Logan and Louis are top notch. Louis check the old system and explained the issue. Logan came by after the new system was installed to do a quality check and add some finishing touches. They are unbelievable. I almost didn't believe a company would have a perfect 5 star rating, but now I understand why!

Phenomenal service! They were professional, fast and transparent. They had my unit up and running in no time and even gave preventative suggestions. I’m very thankful and satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to recommend Blue Air to anyone that has HVAC needs.

I would highly recommend Blue Air to anybody who is looking for a new HVAC system or repairs to their current one. Eddie and his team are professional, courteous and above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. I had a problem with my AC not blowing enough cold air back in August. Out of the 3 companies I called, they were the only company who actually diagnosed our system and found the problem. The other 2 companies only told me what they thought was wrong with our system. When our system would not start during the recent cold spell I called Eddie and he came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. It turned out that it was more cost effective to buy a new system than dumping more money into a 12 year old system. Eddie even came back after the install to make sure everything was working correctly and we knew how to work our new thermostat. Yes, it was a big investment, but I feel good knowing that Blue Air is only call away if I need them.

Blue Air is hands down the best and most professional AC company I’ve worked with. They responded to my phone call immediately and came out the same day to diagnose why our AC wasn’t working. Our system is over 20 years old, and they clearly explained the issues—the capacitor was broken and the blower was running very slowly. The inspection report was extremely detailed and easy to understand.

We ultimately decided to replace the entire AC unit, and Blue Air offered a very fair and competitive price for truly professional work. Their installation was clean, thorough, and well-organized.

What really stood out was how much they cared. While we were waiting for HOA approval, Eddy was kind enough to lend us a new capacitor so the old system could keep running. That level of thoughtfulness is rare.

This is a family business you can trust. Eddy, Michelle, and Tanya were all incredibly helpful and responsive to both texts and phone calls throughout the entire process.

Lisandro is a thorough professional. His service is beyond excellent. He thoroughly checked all the air-conditioning units and heating units. He even troubleshooted an existing problem for no extra charge. He talks through the whole service just to explain what he’s doing. He never cut any corners. He is one of the very few I have met with, who takes utmost care in delivering the best customer service. He takes his time. Does not rush through anything. I am thoroughly impressed. He is worth every penny. I would go with him again and would highly recommend.

I manage a number of vacation homes in the Central Orlando area and I was looking for a company to renew a complete inside and outside unit as well as lines. I have got to say I'm certain that I chose the correct company in North Pole Air Conditioning. The owner Lisandro was very prompt and informative in our meetings leading up to the install and he was also there whilst the install was going on. He gave me a good deal and the workmanship looks sensational. The system that he put certainly looks the part and I am certain that it will perform well for years to come. This guy and his company are very professional and prompt and there were no corners cut. So we bought our first home in June and just a couple of days ago our AC stopped working. A lot of our equipment had North Pole stickers on them so we decided to give them a shot. They had originally installed the equipment with the previous owners of the house. When I first noticed how many 5 star reviews they had, I thought it was too good to be true. However, I really was amazed at how amazing the service actually was. Lisandro was was very professional and extremely personable. He even remembered exactly when he had installed the unit and the names of the previous owners. He came out early morning the next day after we reached out to him. He is very knowledgeable and went over everything he was doing to help me understand how everything works. I could tell that he is very passionate about his job and he truly loves helping people. I would 100% recommend Lisandro and North Pole AC. Absolutely deserving of the 5 star reviews.

I had an outstanding experience with North Pole Air Conditioning and Heating Services, and I can't praise their technician, Lisandro, enough. When I called for help, Lisandro answered the phone promptly and was at my doorstep within hours. His extensive knowledge was evident as he quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC and had it up and running in no time. I can't begin to express what a great experience we had with Lisandro. He is honest, decent, and fair. He is also very knowledgeable about what he does and explains everything to you when he is done. Our air broke in the middle of July on a Monday night. He answered his phone at night and told us he would take care of us. He came the next day after 4 other calls he had and fixed the problem. I never write reviews but felt this was absolutely worthy to do so. Will definitely use his services again!

Our downstairs A/C went out on us yesterday. We looked at local AC company reviews and on our neighbor app. We saw all the great reviews for Northpole A/C, so my wife and I sent a message to their website since it was 10 pm explaining our issue. I was very impressed right away as we received a reply back within 20 minutes saying he would get us on schedule the next day in the pm. Lisandro was on time as planned, communicating several times letting me know his status up to his arrival. He was efficient, fixed issue, explained the process he went through, and fairly priced. I typically never write reviews, but Northpole A/C service level and professionalism was so above the typical norm, I wanted to write this.

For anyone reading this review, look no further. Lisandro and North Pole air conditioning and heating is who you need to call. He’s been my AC person I go to for over a year and recommend them highly. I know how hard it is to find good people to do good work and I’m so glad I found North Pole’s services. I’m so appreciative of the fast and friendly response, patience explaining everything and knowledge. Above five stars for sure!
