Lisandro replaced our AC unit last year and we've been very happy with the new unit and service. Lisandro was referred to us by a friend and we consider ourselves lucky. We had an old unit that was way past it's prime. From the beginning Lisandro was honest with us about eventually needing a new unit. He didn't press us and kept our old unit up and running for a couple of years until we approached him that we were ready . Once the decision was made Lisandro presented with his recommendation and didn't push the higher end options, which was a first for us when dealing with home repairs/upgrades. He laid out out what to expect as far as down time and exactly what he'd be doing which was crucial since this was during the summer months. . (If you've never had an AC replacement it's a lot more than just switching out the outside unit as we had thought.) During the downtime, he provided small AC units to help survive the heat. (Thank you!) Lisandro kept on schedule and had us back up with the new unit in 2 days, but what I feel is just an important, he followed up daily for over a week to be sure we were happy with the performance and to tweak as needed. If you want an AC guy you can trust, Lisandro is your guy. (And my wife insists I mention, - he's super nice.)

Very responsive and knowledgeable. They were easy to talk to and explained everything so I could understand. Fixed in about an hour what another company came out to look at 3 different times (and didn't fix). Even fixed issues I didn't know I had haha.

A+ service every time I've contacted Casey and Wally ! I called Wally on 6-5-17 to get him out to check out my A/c unit to find out why it wasn't cooling. After further diagnosing they determined it was best to upgrade as my old unit was 25 years old. These guys saved me thousands over other companies and was able to install the new unit same day.
