I was very happy with my experience with Ambrose Air. I reached their after hours answering service at 5:40 on a Friday, Memorial Day weekend. Less than 5 min later, I received a call from a tech that troubleshooted a few possible issues. By 7 PM, the tech had replaced our faulty part and we had a working a/c. The part he replaced had previously been replaced a couple years ago, however the tech showed me that the part he was using was American made vs the old made in China one. Overall, pleasant, speedy and affordable!

I was getting quotes from companies that were absolutely outrageous, until I phoned Ambrose. The level of service I've received is exemplary, I wish they could teach customer service. Kristi is the wonderful person in their office I dealt with, she deserves an award for her patience. I've put their card on the board at my church, listed them on our neighborhood website, I don't do this lightly. Thank you again for proving that customer service is not a lost art. If you see this Kristi, thanks again, you are the Roderick/Gornto family hero of the century!!!!

Probably would be a better company if their guys would put their phones down and drive.

Great service! requested an emergency visit at night because of a clogged drain, they came in, did the service and check all ac systems and unclogged my ac unit. system is running smoothly. Technician very knowledgeable, patient and did a great job explaining his work. will definitely call them again so they can handle my routine preventive maintenance service in the future.

I did a lot of research and listened to at least four local companies sales pitch regarding replacing my A/C unit. I got to the point where I wasn't too thrilled with any of the options, but it was early June and I knew I needed to make a decision. I reached out to one last company, Ambrose Air, and I am so grateful that I did. Not only was their price fair, but they didn't do any of the used car salesmen nonsense all the others did.

Ambrose Air gave me a quote over the internet and when I said yes, I would like an in-home visit, they sent someone out the next day. Chris was great. He was upfront with the prices and didn't try to oversell me anything and turns out, he was one of the installers. That is a major plus because when they came out to do the job, he already knew the house and I didn’t have to worry about anything having been lost in translation.

Ambrose Air is efficient, fair priced and offers excellent customer service. The office staff is also very organized and responsive. They registered my products and rebates, kept me updated on the status of the inspector, and reached out to me a few days later to check in. Overall, I couldn't be happier. A+ would absolutely recommend.

I contracted the services of Blue Air to conduct an inspection on my home’s AC system since it wasn’t performing well. Eddy came out on a late Friday afternoon and upon inspection found a couple of issues that were causing the problem which he fixed after throughly explaining the root cause and the steps he would take to fix it. Blue Air is a highly knowledgeable, professional and scrupulous outfit that understands the importance of transparency and the client experience. Recommend 100%!

Out of three AC companies I had come out, Blue Air was the only one to show me photos of the issue with my unit. Moreover, Blue Air was the only company to provide a repair solution instead of saying the only solution was replacement. Not to mention Blue Air provided me a way cheaper price for replacement, and was the only company that could come out the same week to complete the replacement.

Our AC stopped working completely on us this week, so we started calling local companies referred to us by Conway Community. I called Blue Air and Michelle answered my call. She told me Eddy would stop over and assess the situation and within 30 minutes, Eddy was at our door and happy to help us. He was thorough and passionate about the service he could provide us. He was honest, as I had already been shopping knowing the unit was on its way out. The next day Eddy and his crew were installing a new unit for my family! We were told that it may take 2 weeks to install a new unit by another company. We are so grateful to have found Blue Air! Fair Prices, Amazing Service. I can't give enough praise.
